L 'apartment is in the heart of Naples, via Girardi, the main street of Via Toledo close, within walking distance of Pebliscito Square, Town Hall Square, the historic center, the promenade and the port.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a dining room with a sofa bed, a large and very bright living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a fireplace. From the living room you can access the terrace and the outbuilding.
The annex is the second bedroom with a double bed (or two single beds), a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The house is equipped with every comfort, such as: internet wifi, washing machine, stroller, iron, hairdryer, air conditioning, currently only in the bedrooms.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, as well as two cots for children.
The price includes sheets and blankets, towels, electricity, toilet paper, basic soaps and wifi, etc. The tourist tax € 2.00 per person is charged at check-in, pay only for adults. The cost of cleaning is 60 euro more and at check-in.

Spectacular terrace and spacious accommodation

The property was large, comfortable and a little bit quirky with lots of individual touches. The area has a non stop buzz, we loved it. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, just look out for the crazy scooter riders. Lots of fun.

We cannot imagine a better appartement. Everything is as described. The view from the huge terrace is amazing ! We can highly recommend this flat ! The landlord is also very obliging and nice.

Spacious flat with great host

The flat is a really good size - we primarily booked because of the terrace which did not disappoint. The kitchen is pretty basic but we only want to be able to have breakfast in and prepare nibbles so this was fine. The location offered great access to the historic centre and to be able to get to Vesuvius easily.Nino was the cherry on top though, really thoughtful about our experience, offered us recommendations and booked us a taxi for the airport at the end. Such a lovely guy :-).

Herbst Neapel 2021

Very nice apartment to stay few days and enjoy Naples. The apartment is well located and you can reach most of the tourist attraction by walk. Restaurants near by and you can feel Naples around the apartment. The huge terrace invites to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The host was very friendly and responded very quick in case of any questions.

Large apartment in vibrant Spanish Quarter

A very nice size apartment with a huge terrace with beautiful city views. It's obviously an older building, but the owner has done a beautiful job providing for every possible need and the AC in the bedroom is super cold. The Spanish Quarter is loud and boisterous, but that's what we wanted. Be advised there are some uphill walks and cobble stone streets from the Metro, but it is a only a couple of hundred meters. Lots of local dining opportunities within a 5 minute walk and 2 mini-markets across the street. The owner likes to use WhatsApp so make sure you coordinate before arrival because you can't get in the building unless there is somebody to meet you. We were stuck outside for 20 minutes until somebody let us in. Overall a great apartment and a great value.

Traumterrasse in perfekter Lage

Hatte alles was man sich wünscht, unser gastgeber hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt, die Lage ist bestens (sehr schöner blick von der dachterrasse!) die betten auch, die küche gut ausgestattet.

Super terrasse, hôte très sympa mais literie à revoir dans l'annexe-chambre 2

La communication avec Nino est super. Il est très serviable. L'appartement est dans un quartier très bien desservi par les transports en commun. Il est globalement très bien, notamment la première chambre-Salle d'eau qui est dans l'appartement proprement dit est très bien. En revanche, la deuxième chambre, qui est une annexe sur la terrasse, est spartiate : deux petits lits à ressorts en mauvais état, pas d'isolation phonique par rapport à l'extérieur, ballon d'eau chaude trop petit pour prendre deux douches. Ca peut convenir pour des enfants pas trop grands, mais pas pour des adultes à mon avis, sauf à changer la literie.

Herrliche Altstadtwohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse. Super Ausstattung, sehr gepflegt . Sehr groß, allerdings etwas ungünstige Raumaufteilung für mehr als 4 Personen , wegen Durchgangszimmer. Im Sommer sehr heiss, aber Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer kühlt bei offenen Türen alle Räume ausreichend. Vermieter Nino sehr bemüht, immer erreichbar, tolle Typs. Wirklich zu empfehlen!!!Danke

La nostra vacanza a Napoli è stata bellissima. L´appartamento è arredato in modo semplice, ma con buon gusto, pulito e dotato di tutte le comodità. Si trova in una posizione strategica, a due passi dalla metropolitana, dalla funicolare e dalle maggiori attrazioni turistiche. In pochi minuti si possono raggiungere la stazione Garibaldi o il porto. Dalla terrazza si gode di una vista bellissima dal Vesuvio alla Penisola Sorrentina. Nino è sempre reperibile e fornisce ottimi consigli su posti da visitare e locali da provare.

Appartement idéal pour visiter Naples

L'appartement est situé au centre de Naples.Nous avons pu visiter à pied les différents musées et églises. La terrasse permet de profiter du calme et de la vue sur la ville.Elle est très agréable pour partager un apéritif, un déjeuner ou simplement profiter du soleil.Nous étions 5 adultes, nous avions de la place. Nino est un super propriétaire qui donne de très bons conseils pour les visites ou les restaurants.Encore merci à lui pour tout.

An amazing apartment in a historic district in Napoli.

Nino's apartment and terrace is beautiful beyond imagination. I stayed for a full month and was inspired by the history and beauty of the setting. Set in the middle of the historic quartiere spagnoli, where life pulses with a 500 year wisdom, the apartment is fantastic for long and short stays. I recommend longer stays as Napoli is teaming with historical gems and culinary delights. Nino is very sweet and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Ich kann nur Positives berichten: Alles war so, wie vorab beschrieben und genau so schön, wie auf den Fotos. Die Aussicht von der Dachterasse bzw. aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster reicht über ganz Neapel und übers Meer. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung waren vorbildlich! Glücklicherweise gibt es einen Lift, pro Fahrt sind 5 Cent in einen Automaten zu werfen. Sogar einen Vorrat an 5 Cent-Münzen wurden bei Ankunft zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage ist prima, man kann sich in Gehweite mit allem versorgen und hat nur eine kurze Entfernung zur nächsten Metrostation. Unser Interesse waren hauptsächlich Museen und eine Besichtigung von Pompeji, alles war gut zu machen. Nino, der Vermieter erkundigte sich auch während des Aufenthaltes (6 Tage) noch extra, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder noch in irgendeiner Form Unterstützung benötigt werde, was nicht der Fall war. Kurz - eine der besten Ferienwohnungen, die ich bisher kennengelernt habe.

Tolles Appartement!

Wir waren nun schon drei Mal in diesem tollen Appartement, ich denke das allein spricht schon für sich. Die tolle riesige Terrasse macht im Winter aber auch im Sommer sehr viel Freude. Man ist genau in der Stadt, aber über den Dächern weg vom Trubel. Wir können diese Wohnung ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Nino ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber!
