Wonderful host and good location for the Christmas markets. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Dominique is thoughtful and left nice amenities for us. The bakery Nextdoor is fabulous.
Our host Dominique was fantastic. Keeping us fully informed and providing first class information of Colmar and the surrounding area. The apartment was ideally situated with a lot of amenities close by. We hope to return.
The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view of the town and mountains. Communication with the host was excellent; not just for check in and apartment information, but Dominique was very helpful answering other questions about the area. It's a short walk to the old town and Little Venice, and about a 30 minute walk to train station. The boulangerie adjacent to the apartment building is excellent!

This place is exactly as advertised, very spacious, great views and perfect location within walking distance to the city center with lots of beautiful restaurants a bakery right next to the building and a supermarket a few minutes away. Even though it was hot, the airflow in the apartment and a few fans made it enjoyable. The host was amazing and provided lots of great recommendations and clear details for check in. Parking was easy to get in and out. We will be back if we are in the area again!
We found the apartment to be extremely well appointed and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Colmar and was excellently located for other locations such as Strasbourg and the wine centres of Alsace. Dominique made us very welcome and provided detailed information about the locality and the apartment. We especially enjoyed the wonderful patisserie/ boulangerie downstairs and the magnificent sunsets visible from the unit.Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in this appartment very close to the historic center of Colmar. We received all relevant instructions from Dominique regarding check-in and check-out as well as many useful recommendations before our stay. We appreciated all the books and brochures, well organised in the appartment. Parking also funtioned very well. Next time we will bring our bikes as well.
We stayed in Dominique's apartment for 6 nights and absolutely loved our time there. Dominique gave us some great advise on things to do in the area and even gave us weather updates each day when we had snow. The location was fantastic. Easy walk into town and we loved having Feuillette Patisserie at our doorstep. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We loved Colmar and all the pretty surrounding villages. The host was so informative. The property was extremely clean and in a fabulous location for walking to the center of Colmar. The apartment offered magnificent views and was so much more spacious than the photos evidence. Everything was good working order.. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place anyone considering an apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! Dominique was an excellent host and provided detailed instructions and information plus a few lovely welcome gifts! The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed with plenty of room for our family of five adults. We loved the convenience of the bakery downstairs from the apartment. They had delicious pastries, salads, and sandwiches. We were in town for the Christmas Markets and were able to walk to the main markets in about 10 minutes. We were able to get an Uber easily to and from the train station. I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Colmar!

Fantastic Views and Centrally Located
This 11th floor apartment has fantastic views of the Vosges Mountains, as well as the city, and is located within easy walking distance of Old Town Colmar. The apartment is large with balconies off the living room and the one bedroom. From the time we booked the apartment in February until we arrived in July, Dominique was in touch with us regarding things to do, places to eat, and where to shop. There is a discount grocery store located next to the building as well as a bakery within half a block. There's a large grocery store within 3 blocks as well as many restaurants close by. We can't say enough good about the apartment and Dominique. We plan to stay here again in the future.
Other than a slight mishap in acquiring the keys, the accommodations and pre-arrival information were excellent. And the mishap was quickly resolved by the owner, who came to the property to resolve the problem
Although it was never mentioned, the apartment appeared to be the owner's residence. It was fully furnished and equipped with everything one would need, even for a lengthy stay. It was larhe enough to comfortably accommodate a familly. And it was immaculate.
Prior to our arrival, the owner provided very explicit instructions that made using the apartment. He also provided good information for exploring the city as well as the area. And he has a large collection of maps and travel guides to enable/encourage independent information.
We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Die Wohnung selbst ist hell, großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom 11. Stickwerk, in der die Wohnung sjch befindet, bietet einen gigantischen Ausblick. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Excellent, tant par l'emplacement à proximité du centre historique de Colmar que par la qualité de l'équipement et des prestations "hôtelières".La procédure d'arrivée est très précisément documentée et rend l'installation très fluide. Tous les autres renseignements pratiques fournis sont pertinents et utiles.L'hôte (Dominique), que nous n'avons pourtant jamais rencontré, s'est montré très réactif quand nous l'avons sollicité par téléphone ou par écrit pour de petits détails, et nous a encore facilité les choses. Son accueil fait partie des points très positifs de ce séjour.
Die Wohnung war für unsere Ansprüche gut geeignet, eine Bäckerei ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, vielleicht braucht man eine Klimaanlage wenn das Wetter heiß ist. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren gut erreichbar.
Parken seht gut, Lage nah zur Altstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, Durch die Lage an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse war schlafen bei offenem Fenster mit hohem Geräuschpegel verbunden.
Zeer goed: Betrouwbare informatie op site en zeer prettige communicatie met verhuurster. Appartement goed ingericht, ruim, schoon goede bedden. Korte loopafstand naar oude stad. Goede uitvalsbasis voor wijntripjes.
