Only 50 minutes drive from Geneva this bright, well equiped self-catering apartment has great views from the west facing balcony. The apartment is on the floor of a building in front of the lifts of Les Carroz. The bedroom has bunk beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The ski lifts, ski schools and nursery slopes are close by making it ideal for families and skiers of all abilities. There is a large ski cave in the basement. Les Carroz is part of the extensive Grand Massif ski area of Flaine, Morillon, Sixt and Samoens and has an excellent snow record

F2 très sympa bien agencé

F2 bien agencé avec tout le matériel pour y vivre correctement. Situé dans une station calme qui propose beaucoup d activités pour tous les âges. On y retournera bien volontier.

Appartement fonctionnel, décoré dans l'esprit montagnard, en haut de la station. Flexibilité pour l'arrivée tardive avec la possibilité de recupérer les clés dans la boite à lettres de l'agence immobilière. Beaucoup de départs de randonnées à proximité immédiate.

Great apartment - exceptional location

The apartment is well set out and equipped. It is unusual in having the 'bunks' in an area where they get light - a nice change and it is a good size. We had a superb week - the position cannot be bettered, literally across a narrow road from the main lift. All communications were answered very quickly and politely. Would definitely stay again. Many thanks

Convenable mais pas d'Internet/Wifi

2 pièces standard de station bien situé : logement correctement équipé qui mériterait un petit rafraichissement à l'intérieur. Par contre, contrairement à l'annonce diffusée en 07/2022 mentionnant présence de WIFI ( critère sélectif), le propriétaire m' a informé à mon arrivée qu'il avait retiré la Box ( donc pas d'internet ,ni de WIFI).

L’appartement est bien situé et proche du cœur de ville.

L’équipement matériel de cette location est satisfaisant. Par, contre la literie, les couvertures, les taies d’oreillers (une percée), traversins, et couettes mériteraient d’être changés ou à tout le moins nettoyés. C’est pareil pour la moquette et les tapis qui devraiient être shampouinés.

Fantastic Location

The apartment is really well located right next to the main lift, although this means you're very far from town so you need a car as it's a long walk down and up a hill. There is no mention on the website that bed linen and towels are not provided. The website states parking but this is not true. The apartment has no parking place. You have to take your chance of finding one quite a way across the street which is almost impossible. There is no WiFi which in this day and age is unthinkable, although admittedly the website did only mention 'Internet', but this is misleading. Additionally, the owner did not bother to contact us to provide information about how to get the keys, or to advise that there is no bed linen or towels, until WE contacted him en route by car the day before our arrival date! This was clearly too late as we had already left with no linen or towels.

location bien située

Bon rapport qualité/prix pour une famille avec 2 enfants et un chat. Location idéalement située au pied d'une télécabine qui emmène en altitude pour les randonnées. Petit village très agréable et familial avec toutes commodités à proximité.

Au pied des pistes !

Appartement compact mais sympatique disposant d'une terrasse. Très calme la soir, proche des commerces à pieds, mais surtout en face des remontées ! pas besoin d'utiliser les navettes, juste à traverser la rue ! L'immeuble dispose de casiers à matériels de ski, bien pratique. Appartement idéal pour 4 adultes.

APPARTEMENT IDEALEMENT PLACE

Appartement idéalement placé au coeur de la station, face à la télécabine, aux rassemblements de l'ESF, proche des commerces, bref difficile de trouver mieux placé! Appartement bien entretenu et bien équipé, propriétaire disponible et sérieux. A conseiller à tous pour passer de bonnes vacances aux Carroz d'Arraches.

très bon séjour, à refaire!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour aux Carroz. L' appartement est très bien situé, fonctionnel et chaleureux et correspond en tous points à l' annonce. Pas besoin de voiture grace aux skibus et pour allez skier, il suffit de traverser la route et de prendre les télécabines.Bref, un bel appartement dans un magnifique village. C'est à refaire!

Bon séjour

Appartement agréable bien que peu ensoleillé en janvier mais très bien situé pour partir skier. Bien équipé et confortable. Propriétaire disponible à l'écoute de nos demandes. Navettes bien utiles juste en face de l'appartement. Station très sympa. Très beau domaine skiable. En bref, un bon séjour aux Carroz !

Toutes les bonnes conditions réunies

Comme les appréciations précédentes, l'appartement est idéalement situé surtout avec des enfants car pour rejoindre les télécabines, c'est....exceptionnellement court. En plus, avec de la neige en abondance, on revient au pied de la résidence. Il est très bien équipé et puis, on est là pour skier et le domaine est vaste avec des sapins ou pas. Rien à redire, c'était extra.
