Ideally located in the city centre of Casarza Ligure and close to the seaside centres of Riva Trigoso and Sestri Levante with their wonderful beaches, and the wonderful Baia delle Favole.
But it also offers opportunities for those loving the rest and peace of the countryside, with several possibilities for trips and excursions. PRICE ALL INCLUDED: sheets, towels, electricity, water , gas for cooking. The only extra fee is that for eventual heating (gas metano). A deposit of 100 euro is also required once the guest arrives. This deposit will be returned back at the moment of departure.

I bought this house because I loved it since I come into it for the first time. It was already sold but I liked it so much that I made an offer to the first buyer, instead of buying one of the two apartments available on the same floor, still unsold at the time of my purchase.
I have spent all my best energies to make this flat confortable and as nice as possible, in order to make it my own apartment, the one where I live and I can live in.
