Il Gatto Nero is a holiday rental nestled in the countryside, consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette. <br>The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably and features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony with a view of the valley, and parking for two cars or motorcycles.<br>The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, and refrigerator, and also includes dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans, as well as a basic pantry stocked with oil, vinegar, salt (fine and coarse), pepper, ground coffee, sugar, sweetener, tea, herbal teas, and freeze-dried cappuccino. It also features a kettle, toaster, and microwave.<br>The bathroom is equipped with a bidet and a bathtub with a shower. Soap and shower gel are provided.<br>There is also a washing machine in the bathroom available for guests’ use (detergent is included).<br>Bed linens and towels are provided.<br>The rooms are cooled by extremely quiet and highly effective ceiling fans.<br>The house is located in Pian dei Ratti, just a few metres from the SS225—a road beloved by motorcyclists that leads to the area’s most beautiful motorcycle destinations.
