About this property
A few steps from the beach, fully renovated villa in the heart of La Baule
Our house was renovated between 2013 and 2015 (painting DRC conducted in March 2015 walls and ceilings).
The real plus is the proximity to the sea that can be seen on the 1st floor. Our house is located behind the buildings of the seaside.
House completely child-friendly crib and bed barrier to prevent falls, high chair, baby bath if needed.
House in a dead end, very little traffic (except those returning in the parking lot of the saint clair residence) and quiet. Shops within walking distance (10/15 min ave de Gaulle and lajarrige). Exterior: wood composite deck (production 2014) and garden of 200m² 'newly' planted.

Un séjour tout confort
Un très bon séjour passé dans cette maison très bien équipée et entièrement rénovée. Maison très bien adaptée pour les enfants et très pratique car proche de la mer. Maison située au milieu des 2 grandes avenues, derrière les immeubles du 1er rideau. Le rapport qualité/prix est juste.

un peu cher !
La maison est bien, bien équipée (cuisine, lavage) encore que la situation des toilettes du RDC rende leur accès privatif et conduit à user des toilettes de l'étage tandis que le plafond de la salle de vie n'est pas terminé .
La situation de la villa n'est pas très heureuse : arrière des immeubles du remblai et sortie des parkings emportant un trafic de véhicules non négligeable .
Dans ces conditions le jardin arrière mériterait d'être plus soigné et le rapport qualité prix amélioré .

Notre maison a été entièrement rénovée en 2013 (électricité, plomberie, étage neuf, 2 salles de bain neuves) et entièrement repeinte à l'exception effectivement de la peinture du plafond de la pièce de vie que nous avons prévu de refaire cet hiver. Comme indiqué dans d'autres commentaires sur notre maison, nous avons souhaité notre maison la plus agréable et la mieux équipée possible.
Concernant sa situation géographique, notre maison est en second rideaux de la baie, et les immeubles du remblai sont donc visibles à travers les arbres de notre jardin "arrière" mais quand même située à une distance largement suffisante pour être en parfaite tranquillité visuelle et sonore dans le jardin. Ce jardin est équipé d'une grande terrasse d'environ 25m² neuve (construite en mars 2014 - bois composite).

super sejour au coeur de La Baule
Tres jolie maison idealement situee pres de la mer et des commerces. Parfait pour des vacances en famille avec des chambres agreables pour petits et grand. Les proprieraires sont tres agreables et la maison tres bien equipee.
