Beautiful Siesta Beach -- named best beach in America -- is five minutes away. The condo is quiet with a beautiful, peaceful 2nd story lenai overlooking the boating inlet that goes out to the intercoastal waters. If the beach is not your thing, lounge around at the pool!

The unit is recently modernized -- both bathrooms remodeled, tile floors in living area, and in-condo washer / dryer. Two queen beds (new mattresses) and a pull out bed. Your own covered carport parking space. Wireless (just upgraded) Internet. Nice kitchen and dining area. Great place to kick back and unwind when you aren't 'beaching' it. Modern flatscreen tv, upgraded to Xfinity - so your streaming subscriptions should work great on our modern television.

Five Stars!

This rental is five stars! In Siesta Key across from the #1 beach, in White Sands Village. Very friendly place with pool, grills and activities. The unit itself is lovely with a great view of the canal and boats. Kitchen well equipped. Owner communication excellent and easy to work with. Looking forward to staying here again!

Nice, cozy condo with inlet water view.

The property is well kept up, and comfortable. Walking distance to the Siesta Key beach. Enjoyed the lanai facing the inlet, birds, fish and an otter to watch. The condo is well stocked! We had a small issue with tv provider, but Ken took care it as fast as possible. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

This condo really was lovely! We did not want for anything. It was quiet and the grounds were beautiful! We enjoyed watching the fish jump in the water from the balcony every morning, seeing rabbits, and listening to all the birds. Very well located on the key with a trolley stop nearby. Great communication from the host and the property manager. Hope to visit again next summer!

Second Stay Here - Excellent!

We enjoyed our second stay at this rental. Excellent location accross from the #1 Beach in the very nice community of White Sands Village, which has water aerobics, book club, dinner dances. pool and grills. Sarasota attractions including St. Armands Circle, van Wezel Performing Arts Center and Florida Studio Theater are only 20 minutes away. Excellent owners who are easy to communicate with and they are very responsive. Looking forward to more stays in the future.

Awesome stay in Siesta Key

Everything about our stay was top notch. Walking distance to anything you want from restaurants to entertainment to relaxation. Beach was a quick 5 minute walk across the street. Lanai overlooking the cove was beautiful in the morning. Watched fish jumping and manatees playing. Pool area was clean and the water was perfect temp. Kitchen and condo had anything you needed for everyday living. Washer/dryer in the unit was a big plus. Beach chairs, umbrellas and pool noodles were great to have as well. Desk in 2nd bedroom was big enough for two monitors and a laptop while I teleworked each day. Overall A+ rating and would definitely recommend to others. Owners and property staff were responsive and quick to respond when contacted. Thanks Ann/Ken for sharing your space.

Great place and close to the the beautiful beach. Very helpful owners.

The condo had everything and more. As we were traveling from Scandinavia we couldn’t bring beach toys, rain ponchos etc. We were so happy to find it in the condo. Great smart tv with YouTube access and a beautiful balcony just by the dock. The pool area were really nice and with a salt water pool that doesn’t give us blondes green hair. The only thing that gives this place “only” four out of five stars is because the unit lacked washer and dryer. You can find it on property, but it requires quarters which was a bit problematic for us since we didn’t use cash. All and all we loved it!

Great place for your vocation. We will be back for sure.

This condo was very clean and tidy. It's kitchen was full of kitchen necessities and made you feel right at home. The condo itself was very roomy and was perfect for a family vacation. Its location was great as it was in walking distance to the beach. It was also in very close proximity to many grocery stores, attractions and the village. The condo had its own personal wifi router as well as useable landline phone. The pool was very clean and an excellent spot to spend the day with your family. The owner was very helpful and always checked in to see if we were comfortable. It was a pleasure to be able to rent the condo from the owner.

We hope to return to White Sands Village in the future.

The condo was in a great location. It was within walking distance to the public beach and a short distance to the village. We enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and watching the fish jumping in the inlet and watching the variety of birds. The condo was fully stocked with plenty of kitchen essentials and linens. The unit was clean. The grounds were lush and the pool was a perfect size for all. The owner was a pleasure to work with.
