Wunderbarer Blick

Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf den See, so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge am Genfer See, wie Wanderungen, Weinberge oder Städte, ohne Auto aber nicht möglich. Ausstattung der Wohnung passt aboslut, alles vorhanden, aber das Kissen für den Terrassenstuhl gehört dringend ausgetauscht

Ich war letztes Jahr schon hier. Die Lage, das kleine Chalet sind traumhaft. Die Vermieter sehr angenehm. Leider wird das Chalet schlecht in stand gehalten, Wasserhahn in Küche halb ausgerissen, schon letztes Jahr: im Bad ist Duschstange weggerissen von der Wand: Fernseher funktioniert nicht: leider sehr schlecht geputzt, Geschirrschubladen, Wasserflasche und Bad. Der Preis scheint mir so zu hoch.

Adorable petit chalet et propriétaires chaleureux !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Belmont ! Le chalet est au calme, proche de Lausanne, plein de charme et très bien équipé ! La vue est à couper le souffle et le jardin extérieur très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, à l’écoute et arrangeants. Un grand merci à Audrey et sa famille adorable !

Delightful chalet with stunning views

Everything was exactly as described. A well equipped chalet in a very peaceful area with stunning views over Lake Geneva. The property is a little out of the way so a car is essential. We stayed for 6 nights whilst attending the ITU World Championships and found it easy to drive down to the lakeside at Lausanne. In the evenings we took advantage of the good weather and had BBQs in the garden. The only downside was that the chalet is hot at night and we did suffer from mosquito bites. I can highly recommend this property

Petit chalet sur les hauteurs de Lausanne,vue magnifique,calme absolu !

Petit chalet parfait juste pour un couple (30m2). En été la terrasse permet de profiter encore mieux de la vue sur le lac mais nécessité absolue d’utiliser sa voiture pour descendre faire les courses ou aller se balader dans les villages ou dans les vignobles. Les propriétaires n’etaient pas présents à notre arrivée mais excusés du fait de la Fête des Vignerons à Vevey...par contre personne au moment de notre départ ni aucun message ou mail de leur part depuis hier... choquant !!! Au niveau de la propreté,beaucoup à redire sur l’entretien de la cabine de douche (joints tachés de moisissures) et les vitres auraient mérité d’être lavées ! Mais rien que pour la vue sur le lac nous avons adoré ce chalet !!!

Superbe vue sur le Lac

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La vue est superbe et le chalet très bien équipé pour un petit séjour. Excepté le réfrigérateur qui avait beaucoup de mal à refroidir, tout s'est très bien passé !

Fantastische Aussicht

Gemütliche kleine Hütte mit allem, was man für eine Woche braucht. Sauber. Der Ausblick auf den See und die Berge ist grandios - die Hütte liegt auch auf 750m Höhe. Nachteil: es ist ein Raum, der per sehr träger Fußbodenheizung bedient wird. Nachtabsenkung zum Schlafen ist Fehlanzeige, es bleibt immer gleich warm.

No nos solucionaron el problema con los nidos de avispas y no se preocuparon por saber si estaba solucionado Se desentendieron totalmente de sus deberes como personas que ofertan un servicio por el cual cobran.

Ayant grandi à côté du chalet, je l’ai toujours connu et il m’a toujours fait rêver.
Des amis d’enfance étaient propriétaires et on se retrouvait à chaque vacances.
Un jour ils nous ont annoncé qu’ils voulaient le vendre et mon père l’a racheté. On a passé une année mon père et moi à le rénover pendant notre temps libre puis j’ai eu la chance d’y habiter pendant 7 ans puis nous avons opté pour la location de vacances.
Actuellement j’habite dans une ferme pour moi la nature et les animaux ont une place très importante dans ma vie.
J’ai la chance d’avoir 5 chevaux et 4 chèvres et 2 supers chats également.
Et les animaux ne me quittent pas dans mon travail puisque je travaille comme assistante vétérinaire puis j’ai le plaisir de revenir au chalet pour préparer l’arrivée des hôtes et le bichonner un peu et surtout contempler la vue…
