Another great stay at Tony's Flat

We returned to Tony's flat, this time with our 10-mo. old baby. The flat is clean, comfortable and convenient. And they have baby toys! This was such a treat for our baby and it made our stay so enjoyable. Tony also provides some basics in the refrigerator: milk, orange juice, butter, bread. Overall, I would recommend staying at Tony's flat.

Tony's couple was very kind and attentive. She gave us all the important information as well as a phone number to write/call in case we needed it. In the house we found details as the password to the wifi and some instructions to use the utilities in the kitchen as well as the ambulance, police, etc contact. It is a very chilling location, it feels very safe and you can have dinner very close to the place. The train is close to the house which is an advantage and it takes 30 min to get to the center of the city. We weren't able to get to the appartment early so they facilitated our entrance. I honestly don't have any complaint for this family. Wish them the best.

Séjour très agréable

Venus à Bologne pour un concert à Casalecchio du Reno dans un premier temps, cet appartement était idéalement situé (10min de l’arena). Il est très agréable, bien équipé et chaleureux. L’arrêt de bus à quelques pas du logement vous amène en 20 minutes dans le centre ville de Bologne. Sans oublier Antonio, un hôte comme on aimerait en avoir à chaque fois. Il répond très rapidement aux problèmes et questions rencontrés. Grazie mille Antonio

A good base for touring the area

It's a modern building with lift and wifi but no A/C. Shared parking so no guarantee of a spot. However in 6 days we always found a place in the evening. The electric trolley bus into the centre of town leaves from the street outside the building. The motorway is only 5 mins away. The shower in the bathroom is coming to the end of its life and should be replaced.

Great hospitality in a cosy & well-equipped flat

My husband and I spent 5 nights in Tony's spotless flat during which we were made to feel at home. Milk/coffee/bread/jams etc were left for us which was especially appreciated since we arrived late on a Saturday. Easy to get into Bologna but also easy to get out into countryside. We would definitely stay again.

Excellente semaine à Bologne

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en émilie-romagne dans l'appartement d'Antonio et ania, avec nos 2 jeunes garçons. L'appartement est très bien situé, à la fois pour visiter bologne (15 min en bus avec un arrêt au pied de l'immeuble), et aussi pour rayonner sur la région (5 min en voiture pour récupérer l'autoroute ). Il est également bien entretenu, propre et fonctionnel. Enfin, antonio et ania sont très sympathiques et accueillants, toujours disponibles pour nous donner les informations dont nous avions besoin.

Neat tidy little flat with excellently equipped kitchen.

The apartment boasts impeccable transport links to and from the city and the airport. Friendly helpful welcome from charming landlord. Bologna is a gem of a holiday spot, especially if you are interested in churches, cuisine and casual aperitifs in the sunshine. The meat, fish and veg markets make the trip worthwhile on their own.

Il soggiorno a Bologna è stato ottimo anche grazie all'appartamento del sig. Antonio. Confortevole, pulitissimo, comodo avendo tutto a portata di mano: fermata del bus per il centro città sotto casa, supermercato a pochi passi a piedi, farmacia, e parrocchia a 2o metri. Consigliatissimo!

bel et confortable apparemment

Appartement vraiment très agréable, très confortable et élégant. Emplacement pas forcement très proche du centre de Bologne mais accès très facile et rapide en bus (env 15min) Literie très confortable. Digne d'un hôtel 4**** Manque peut être d'un lit bébé (surtout qu'il y aurai la place de le ranger et de le placer) et d'une couverture de plus (pour ce qui n'aime pas avoir froid mais qui n'aime pas non plus mettre le chauffage trop fort) Le propriétaire est vraiment très gentil et très serviable. Une adresse vraiment a recommander pour un séjour a Bologne. Et en plus très bonne pizzeria au feu de bois juste a coté "amadeus" Grazie mille antonio...

Perfecto para familia con niños

Hemos estado en el apartamento de Antonio en Julio. Lugar ideal para alojarse con niños! Instalaciones impecables, con parking (lo que es perfecto para no preocuparse con el coche), mucha luz y céntrico para visitar Boloña. Hay autobuses a la puerta que te llevan al centro histórico sin tener que cambiar de transporte. Además tienes restaurantes y supermercados cerca para poder llevar alguna cosa a casa. El Museo Ducati está a escasos 10min caminando!! Antonio es una persona encantadora! Siempre dispuesto y un excelente guía turístico para recomendarte aquellos rincones que no vienen en las guías. Muchas gracias Antonio por tu amabilidad. Hasta pronto!

Tony´s Place.... The Place to be...

Wir werden die Zeit in Tonys Appartment in bester Erinnerung behalten. Es ist alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben sind die kleinen Details, die einem das Ankommen erleichtern: Frische Früchte aus der Region, Kühlschrank befüllt fürs erste Frühstück, Kinderspielzeug und und und... Die Lage der Wohnung kann nicht besser sein. Man ist in nur wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt oder auf der Autobahn. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist perfekt. Der Flughafen ist ebenfalls in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Besonders hervorzuheben ist jedoch Antonio selbst. Ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und jederzeit erreichbarer Vermieter. Wir fühlten uns während unseres Aufenthaltes in jeder Hinsicht voll und ganz wohl. Ein besonderer Dank daher an Antonio und seine liebevolle Familie! Wir kommen gerne wieder, Familie M. aus Hamburg

Perfetto e consigliatissimo!!!

Ho alloggiato in questo appartamento per tre notti con la mia famiglia. Alloggio molto pulito e molto curato in tutti i dettagli, ampie finestre in tutte le stanze che rendono l'appartamento arioso e luminosissimo. L'accoglienza da parte del proprietario è stata molto calorosa e impeccabile, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare delle ottime ciliege di Vignola oltre a bevande, patatine, latte, nuovi spazzolini da denti e dentifricio, shampoo, bagnoschiuma e detersivo per la lavatrice. Il Sig. Antonio e il suo appartamento resteranno il nostro punto di riferimento per altri eventuali soggiorni a Bologna.

Mi esposa y yo hemos pasado 3 semanas muy agradables en este apartamento de Antonio. Lo mejor Antonio, extraordinariamente amable y servicial. El apartamento es amplio, limpio, cómodo y completo. Aunque no está en el centro, hay autobuses en la puerta y tren muy próximo que te deja en la estación central en 5 minutos. En la zona hay amplios parques, piscinas y polideportivos. También supermercados y restaurantes donde comer o llevarte una pizza a casa. Gracias por todo Antonio

Ottimo alloggio e ottima posizione

Alloggio molto pulito e molto curato in tutti i dettagli. La doppia televisione (camera e tinello) è decisamente una cosa molto gradita dopo una bella giornata a visitare la splendida Bologna. Molto comodo per il parcheggio privato. Centro città raggiungibile comodamente. Proprietrari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Da consigliare!

Perfect apartment for everyone!

We stayed in this apartment for three nights. It was the best apartment during our three weeks of traveling! It has everything you can think of like big windows with lots of fresh air coming in, free alcohol beverages, new tooth brushes and tooth paste, crackers and milk, shampoo and detergent for the washer, toys for kids and fresh towels. The apartment is very bright and clean and looks even better than on those pictures. The bus stop is right across the road from the house, so you can easily reach downtown of Bologna. The hosts are very nice people and we hope to see them again some day in the future. Thank you Antonio and Anya!

Star bene a Bologna

La casa è perfettamente corrispondente alle foto, non manca davvero nulla e cosa importante è pulitissima. Il proprietario gentilissimo, ho prenotato la sera precedente ed è venuto incontro alle mie esigenze di orario. Ci tornerò sicuramente, la zona è ben servita, il garage comodissimo anche se in zona si parcheggia senza problemi.

Measuring 55 sq.m. and located on the fifth floor, the flat is pleasant and cosy and boasts a wonderful view. The elegant apartment block has a modern lift, a nice garden and a large private car park with a radio-controlled barrier. In addition, a spacious garage is available for a fee on request. The flat has recently been renovated and fitted out with a range of accessories to make your stay more comfortable. It is located in a convenient area of the city in the Borgo Panigale district, just 5 km from the city centre, which is easily reached by public transport. Close by, there are bars, cake shops, pizzerias, excellent restaurants and hypermarkets, while the well-known DUCATI motorcycle manufacturers is just one kilometre away with its museum and guided tours. The airport is just 4 km away and can easily be reached with bus no. 54 which stops right outside the apartment block. The main railway station, one stop away on the local train line, is also within easy reach. Motorway exits and the city ring road (‘tangenziale’) are conveniently close for anyone arriving by car. Bologna’s Fiera, the exhibition area, may easily be reached by car via the ring road; otherwise the central railway station, from where a number of buses depart to the Fiera, is just one stop away on the local train line. Those who come to Bologna for health reasons will find the MAGGIORE hospital just 2 km away towards the city centre.
