Bathroom with hydromassage shower, large porch (50sqm) outside with table. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with every comfort (dishwasher, iron and ironing board, drying racks, TV, stereo, all dishes, no linens) with laundry use, unfenced garden (1,000 m2 with areas equipped for dining) and parking spaces. Well served area 2 minutes from the sea 10 minutes from San Benedetto del Tronto (AP), 5 minutes from Alba Adriatica.
The apartment is located in a quiet area with parking available. You can quickly reach the sea, shopping centers, cinemas and the city.

Die Unterkunft war super, wie beschrieben sehr vielPlatz und die Wohnung war sehr sauber.Highlight war der riesengroße Garten da wir einenspielfreudigen Hund dabei hatten der sich richtig wohlfühlte.Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen der Realität.....Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber, konnten uns nicht persönlich verabschieden da zum Abreisezeitpunkt niemand da war.......so Sorry !!!!

Es ist nicht perfekt…

Insgesamt haben wir uns arrangiert, im Nachhinein hätten wir vielleicht besser recherchieren sollen. Also: das Haus, von dem man anfangs ausgeht, ist eine großräumige Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Platz gibt es tatsächlich genug. Das Bad ist leider, anders als auf den Bildern, in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche ist mehr eine sehr enge Kabine mit sehr geringem Wasserdruck.ich habe 2Stunden damit verbracht den Schimmel aus den Düsen zu schrubben. Andernfalls hätte dort wirklich niemand duschen wollen.Die Küche ist nachgerüstet mit einem großen Kühl-und Gefrierschrank und einem Gasherd mit Backofen. Wer tatsächlich kochen möchte sollte sich die Wichtigsten Utensilien hierfür mitbringen. Den Kühlschrank mussten wir vor der Benutzung erst von Schimmel und Schmutz entfernen. Die angegebene Waschmaschine teilt man sich mit der Mutter des Vermieters, die oben im Haus wohnt. Sie ist eine herzensgute Dame, die leider nur italienisch spricht. Die Kommunikation läuft per WhatsApp mit dem eigentlichen Vermieter.Eine höfliche unbekannte Person, die wir nie gesehen haben.Privatsphäre hat man leider wenig. Das Haus befindet sich tatsächlich an einer gut befahrenen Hauptstraße. Das Gelände teilt man sich mit einer kleinen Spedition und Werkstatt. LKWs und viele fremde Menschen, die auch gerne zu der Dame im Haus gehen und dabei den kurzen Weg an der Sitzecke der gemieteten Wohnung nehmen. Einkaufen und der Weg zum Strand geht nicht ohne Auto.

Sehr schöne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit großen Zimmern und einem riesigen Wohnzimmer laden zum relaxen und wohlfühlen ein. Sehr sauber und viel Platz. Auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man Nachmittags und abends gut sitzen, dort ist es relativ kühl. Viele Mücken, aber die hat man Italien überall. Die Vermieter, die oben drüber wohnen sind sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit, wenn man etwas braucht. Auch die beiden Hunde sind sehr lieb. Das Haus liegt nicht direkt in der Stadt, sondern etwas zurück gesetzt in einer Art Industriegebiet, um Hintergrund viel Natur. Dafür dass es direkt an der Ss16, der Schnellstraße und an der Bahnstrecke liegt ist es dort sehr ruhig. Zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Min zu Fuß. Das gleiche gilt auch fürs Einkaufen. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum liegt quasi direkt vor der Tür. Das echt super! Fazit: tolle Wohnung, in guter Lage, für erholsamen Urlaub. Hätte sie noch eine Klimaanlage, dann wäre es perfekt!

Bellissima casa grande e attrezzata, ma zanzare e camion

La casa è grandissima (solo la sala 80mq) e comoda anche x 2 famiglie. Bellissimo giardino sul retro estremamente curato e pulitissimo (che purtroppo si riempie di zanzare agguerrite dal pomeriggio!), davanti la casa dà su un piazzale con camion x l'attività di famiglia. La posizione è comoda, a 3 min di macchina dal mare con parcheggio comodissimo in giardino, e a pochi minuti dalle colline fresche x cenare o maneggi; attenzione che è sconsigliato raggiungere il mare in camminata (20 min max) o bici (5 min) perché bisogna attraversare una strada molto trafficata e successivamente sottopassaggio e strada con buche, senza ombra. I proprietari vivono al piano di sopra e sono persone piacevolissime, se avete bisogno vi aiuteranno in tutto.

Vacanza 2020

Casa grande e comoda con ampio giardino. Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche per la posizione. Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane con la nostra grande famiglia e con amici. L’ambiente permette di gestire gli spazi individuali senza problemi. Unica piccola pecca il bagno solo ma organizzandosi è accettabile.

Nicht so schön wie im Inserat

Als wir das Objekt gefunden haben waren wir erst etwas schockiert wegen der etwas speziellen Lage. Hatten uns auf ein Ferienhaus in unmittelbarer Strandnähe gefreut. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kindern das kleinste 3 Jahre alt. Wir wollten das man bei Bedarf flexibel nach Hause gehen und kommen kann. Das Haus befindet sich jedoch nicht 200Meter vom Meer entfernt wie beschrieben, sondern 2km. Man muss also ins Auto steigen und erst die meist befahrenste Hauptstrasse überqueren, die 100Meter neben dem Haus durch geht. Direkt neben dem Haus steht eine grosse Lagerhalle mit LKW Parkplatz. Da werden früh am Morgen die Trucks oder Busse mit Arbeitsmaterial beladen. Wenn man also im vorderen Zimmer schläft dann wird man davon geweckt. Auf der anderen Seite der Hauptstrasse hat es riesige Öltanks, auf die man vom Haus aus direkte Sicht hat. Man hat also eher das Gefühl man sei in einem Industriegebiet als am Strand. Das Haus von aussen und der Garten sind ziemlich hübsch. Dieser kann man aber leider nicht wirklich nutzen, da der Hund der Hausbesitzer da täglich sein Revier neu markiert. Der Grillplatz ist sehr ungepflegt und schmutzig. Der Grill selbst ist absolut alt und verrostet. Der Pizzaofen hat gut ausgesehen, jedoch hat man keine Lust sich da aufzuhalten. Zudem kommt die grausame Moskitoplage die sich zu 100erten an dem Grillplatz gesammelt haben (wurden wohl von etwas angezogen). In der Ferienwohnung selbst hat man viel Platz. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer können weitere Betten aufgestellt werden. Die Sauberkeit und Einrichtung lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Möbel sowie die Pfannen in der Küche sind ziemlich mitgenommen. Der Ofen hatten wir aus hygienischen Gründen auch nicht gebraucht. Der Kühlschrank und Spühlmaschiene sind ständig ausgelaufen und die Waschmaschiene muss bei dem Deckel stark reingedrückt werden damit das Programm startet. Allerdings fand ich eine separate Waschküche für uns sehr sympathisch. Die Hausbesitzer die oben drin wohnen sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da es im Online Inserat nicht klar ist ob Handtücher und Decken bereit stehen, hatten wir keine mitgenommen. Sie hat uns diese sofort und mehr wie ausreichend runter gebracht. Diese waren sehr frisch und sauber :-). Um 7 wird man allerdings auch im hinteren Schlafzimmer meistens geweckt, weil man draussen etwas machte. Unser Vorplatz wo der Hauseingang ist, wurde auch immer zum durchgehen benutzt. Hat uns nicht so gestört aber sollte man wissen.

Casa ampia, pulita, bel giardino

Sia la casa che il giardino sono molto ampi e ben tenuti, i proprietari molto gentili, i due cani carini. La spiaggia di Villa Rosa si raggiunge in 20 min a piedi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo . Un posto da tornare. Grazie!

Es war ein Traum

Wir waren 3 Wochen da und das Haus ist super schön mut viel Grün. Man hat alles was man brauch, so das wir denn Urlaub genießen konnten. Die Vermieter waren super nett und haben uns tolle Tips gegeben wo man gut Essen kann und wo Schöne Orte sind. Haben uns sehr da mit geholfen weil wir mal viel sehen konnten. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder.

Dos semanas de descanso!!!

Lo que estabamos buscando para nuestras vacaciones, Es el segundo año que vamos. Mucha tranquilidad, la casa está muy limpia, la familia que habita en el piso superior es muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar en lo que puede. El parque es muy agradable por la abundancia de sombra. A pocos minutos con el auto se llega a la playa muy familiar y tranquila en la cual no tuvimos problema para aparcar (tambien se puede ir andando si se aguanta el calor).

Immer wieder gerne

Wir waren dort 2 Wochen und haben viel gesehen. Die Strände dort sind wirklich sehr schön und auch zu Fuß kommt man dort leicht hin, allerdings muss man dazu eine Haupstrasse überqueren. Die Wohnung sowie das Badezimmer ist sehr sauber. Die Familie wohnt dort mit auf dem Hof, sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, würden jederzeit dort wieder hin und haben unseren Hund obwohl es die Rasse Amstaff ist super aufgenommen. Auf dem Hof der Ferienwohnung befindet sich eine Werkstatt allerdings hört man davon nichts und wird nicht gestört. In San Benedetto sind wirklich schöne Märkte, teilweise auch bis 1 Uhr in der Nacht, es lohnt sich die zu besuchen leider wissen wir nicht mehr an welchen Tagenm die sind, auch das Nacht leben und die Restaurants in San Benedetto auf der Uferpromenate sind sehr empfelendswert, allerdings fanden wir die Strände in Villa Rosa besser und dort kann man auch ohne weiteres Angeln. Nochmal ein großes Danke an die Familie und wir kommen bestimmt wieder gerne.
