The apartment has independent access and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is on the first floor of the villa and enjoys the garden that opens directly onto the white beach of S. Vito lo Capo. It has two bedrooms, one double and one with two separate beds, a bathroom renovated in 2016 and a sofa bed for two people is also available in the entrance area. The living room - kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a large terrace that allows the view of the whole of S. Beach Vito. The terrace is equipped with outdoor table and chairs with umbrella and two sun beds.
