Villa Ada is the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday! Inside the marvelous Cala Rossa area, the villa is placed in one of the most beautiful and exclusive spot in San Vito Lo Capo. You will be able to relax in the complete quiet and peace of the wide garden, enjoying the beauty of external spaces and pool at you full disposal. The villa with 1000 square meters of garden, above ground swimming pool 10 x 5 meters front and side patio, outdoor kitchen, outdoor barbeque and outdoor shower with hot water is composed of two double bedrooms, one with bunk beds and a living room with sofa bed double, two bathrooms with shower, heat pumps and heating, color TV, fridge, washing machine. Available then 10 beds. Free Pass to park a car at 40 meters from the beach. Free wifi internet. The price does not include the cost of sheets and bath towels (20.00 euros per person if you wish), the cost of final cleaning 150.00 euros, consumption 100 euros for week and turist tax

Beautiful villa

Peaceful spacious villa, pool & outside areas really lovely. Nice location , good air con. BBQ outside , comfortable furniture. Pool exceeded expectations. Family of 5 ages 9-74 all very happy. Would gladly recommend.

Ottimo vacanza

Casa in ottima condizione e in più una grande piscina. Proprietario molto gentile. Zona calma e non troppo lontano dal centro. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Schönes Haus und Grundstück fußläufig zum Strand

Das Haus hat einen großen Garten mit tollem Pool und schöner Aussenküche. Unsere Kinder haben den Besuch der wilden Katzen sehr genossen. Die kleine Stadt mit gemütlichen Restaurants und dem karibischen Strand ist in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Haus können laut Anzeige bis zu 12 Personen übernachten. Wir waren 7 (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder ) und es war ok, mit mehr als 8 wird aber sehr eng. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, die wichtigsten Sachen in der Küche sind da. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten wie Weingläser, Küchentuch und küchenschwamm haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Bäder sind ok, die Duschabtrennung musste aber bald repariert werden. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Grazie per la recenzione. La mia villa ha 10 posti letto. Quindi ci deve essere qualcosa di errato. Non affitto a più di 10 persone. Comunque tutti quelli che hanno prenotato in 10 si sono trovati benissimo. Se si è trovata bene in 7 persone mi fa piacere. Cordiali saluti

Ottimo soggiorno

La casa è ancora più bella rispetto a quanto appare in fotografia. Il proprietario la tiene in ottimo stato ed è molto gentile e disponibile. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto dei problemi e lui li ha risolti immediatamente.

The area of residence of the villa (Calamancina) has a magical aspect, as it is close to the sea but at the same time away from the bustle and noise typical of a seaside resort. The beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The peace and quiet of Calamancina are interrupted only by the sound of the wind that often blows cooling air. In fact, the house is exposed to the west and then north-west summer temperature has a particularly fresh. The wide open spaces allow you to bring a dog with you.
