Renovated with quality materials, from an old house dating from the nineteenth century, the house Grenouillet, offers a cozy and comfortable interior. It has a large terrace facing south, a garden, a green space at the back, with deck chairs and totally private. Bicycles are available free of charge as well as a notable tennis. Opportunity to come riding (available grassland and saddlery)

Séjour en Loire-Atlantique

Location tout à fait conforme au descriptif annoncé, gîte très agréable, spacieux situé au calme, hôtes charmants, disponibles et discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de deux semaines au Haut-Luc très reposant et agréable. Et notre bouvier bernois s'est également facilement acclimaté, propriété fermée et forêt du Gâvre toute proche pour de très belles promenades.

Très bien

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce gîte très bien agencé, rien ne manque et idéalement situé pour randonnée à pied et à vélo. Séjour au calme près de la forêt et la vallée du Don. Bons échanges avec le propriétaire.

Très beau gîte, très bien entretenu et très fonctionnel. Nous avions une personne pmr. Tout était adapté. Le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables. L'accueil et l'attention des propriétaires étaient parfaits. Encore merci à eux. Je recommande vivement.

Een heerlijk verblijf.

Wij hadden 10 fijne dagen, het huis voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Goed matras, schoon huis en heerlijk rustig. Je moet wel rekening houden dat je voor je boodschappen 10 km moet rijden. Een bakker is op 5 km. Ondanks de afstand kunnen we dit huis van harte aanbevelen. De eigenaar is een vriendelijke man die ons verraste met zelf gemaakte jam, fruitsap en eieren van eigen kippen. Wij hebben het daar erg naar ons zin gehad.

Entièrement satisfait

Propriétaires sympathiques, accueillants et ouverts aux questions. Gîte retiré dans un petit hameau tranquille, bien situé pour visiter la région. Gîte très bien équipé et propre. Une terrasse avec table, chaises, parasol et barbecue sont à disposition pour des repas dehors. Jardin privatif et clos ou le chien peut s'ébattre en toute sécurité.

Parfait !

Venus à 5 à l'occasion du Salon du Jeu de Plessé, nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. Le gîte est confortable, cosy et bien lumineux. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et leurs petites attentions sont bien bonnes! Les enfants (et nous aussi) avons bien profité de la table de ping pong et des vélos. On reviendra c'est sûr.

Calme, nature, confort, gentillesse, tout est là pour passer de bonnes vacances reposantes

J'ai apprécié l'intérieur du gîte, spacieux, bien aménagé avec goût. J'ai aussi aimé l'extérieur : la terrasse, le petit jardin à l'arrière du gîte avec ses transats ; idéal pour se reposer. Le calme du gîte, situé dans un petit village, permet vraiment de se ressourcer. Et quel bonheur d'entendre et voir, surtout le matin, les hirondelles, les grives, les rouge-gorges.... sans oublier la visite "amicale" du chat sympa des propriétaires ! Quand à l'accueil de Charles et Roselyne, il a été très chaleureux. J'ai tout de suite été à l'aise. Ils sont aux petits soins avec leurs hôtes mais sans être constamment "sur leur dos", c'est très appréciable. Merci à eux pour le petit geste de bienvenue et leur écoute bienveillante tout au long du séjour. Je me suis sentie "chez moi". En résumé : j'ai passé de très bonnes vacances, à mille lieux du tumulte et de la pollution parisienne.
