Fabulous house & garden!

Outstanding stay!

We loved the cosy home, lovely garden and great pool! Quiet surroundings with lots of birds singing. Perfect location to discover Ibiza. You can walk to Las Dallas hippie market (10min), 3-min drive to San Peraltes, 5min drive to San Eularia,… last but not least, many thanks to Katy for your warm welcome!!!

Het huis, de tuin en het zwembad was schoon. Gastvrouw Katy was heel aardig en heeft ons alles verteld wat wij moesten weten van de accommodatie. Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Zou er zo nog een keer naartoe gaan!!

My favourite place

This was our second visit and it didn't disappoint! I immediately relax when I'm here. There is nothing I would change. Cati is wonderful and so welcoming. The neighbours were lovely and friendly. My daughter was absolutely thrilled with the doll and buggies! I am certain we will be back many more times!

Family Holiday

Holidaying in Ibiza for my sons wedding. We decide to choose a villa in a quiet and peaceful part of the island, 10 minute drive to Es Canar from the villa. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. It also has air con and fans in each room, which kept the rooms cool on the very hot days. The swimming pool was lovely and crystal clear. Katy, the owner of the villa, is very helpful and always makes herself available to answer any questions. The area is stunningly beautiful, a little remote, which is what I was looking for, peaceful. A car is a must but with one, you have access to the whole island. Driving is a little challenging in the beginning but it gets easy. I would definitely return to this villa. Thanks for the lovely time Katy😊

Super schöne und ruhig gelegene Finca, ideal für Familie mit Kids

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Katy empfangen. Sie war immer für uns da, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Das Haus, der Pool und der Ausblick ermöglichen allen, sehr gut zu entspannen. Im nahegelegenen Sant Carles findet man alles was man braucht ( kleiner Supermarkt, tolle Restaurants, kleine Boutiquen), und der Hippimarkt Las Dalias ist in 10 min. Zu Fuß zu erreichen… alles super für eine erholsamen Auszeit!

Superleuke locatie! Rustig gelegen. We aten iedere dag buiten, leuk met 2 terrassen

Zeer tof! Enkel laatste dag kunnen zwemmen, het water was te koud de eerste dagen. Een klein min puntje...de haan kraaide al om 3 uur snachts...en dan om 5/6 uur....gelukkig kwam de kleine er niet van wakker,maar de volwassenen wel. Anders toplocatie en zeer vriendelijke eigenaars!

Magnífica experiencia

Hemos estado cuatro días alojados mi pareja y yo, y estamos encantados, para repetir cada año. La casa está en una zona muy tranquila, rodeada de naturaleza y a penas hay vecinos. La casa es sencilla pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, y al jardín no le falta detalle. Cati, la anfitriona, es un encanto de persona y facilitó cualquier cuestión que planteamos. Muy recomendable.

Séjour très agréable!

Nous avons passé une merveilleux séjour chez Katy. Elle a été très disponible en amont pour répondre à nos questions et nous a gentiment monté le lit parapluie avant notre arrivée pour notre bébé. La maison est charmante, très propre, avec une vue magnifique sur la campagne environnante. Des jeux pour petits enfants sont sur place, nos filles ont fortement apprécié le toboggan ! La maison est idéalement située, proche des villages et des plages. Merci pour tout Katy et au plaisir de vous revoir!

Vielen Dank, liebe Caty. Kleines, wunderbares und gepflegtes Haus mit allem, was man während einer Woche benötigt. Kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in 5-Min.-Fahrt oder 15 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Cala Nova in knapp 15 Min. Autofahrt.

Sous le charme

La maison de Katy est bien placée sur Ibiza, au calme avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Le cadre est rural et ressourçant, le jardin et la maison extrêmement bien entretenus, organisés et équipes. Katy aime sa maison et la faire découvrir aux voyageurs et cela se retrouve dans le soin, le nettoyage, l'équipement de sa maison et sa disponibilité pour ses voyageurs. La piscine est agréable et très propre. Le jardin a 3 petits terrasses agréables à différents moments de la journée. Les enfants seront enchantés par les jouets extérieurs en tres bon état et très propres. Une machine a laver avec produits d'entretien, comme neuve, est à disposition. La maison est superbe avec une grande chambre lit double, une grande 2 lits simples et une petite lit simple. Nous avons aussi pu avoir un lit parapluie tout équipé pour bébé. Les matelas sont fermes et confortables, le linge paraît neuf. La décoration est élégante, delicate. L'équipement est complet sur la salle de bain avec serviettes ,serviettes de plage, papier toilette et même de quoi repasser!! La cuisine est très très bien équipée avec un électroménager comme neuf. Nous avons eu la malchance d'avoir de froides températures et un temps de pluie mais la climatisation/chauffage et un chauffage d'appoint nous ont tenus chaud. Katy s'est mise en 4 pour que notre séjour soit des plus confortables malgré la météo et a toujours répondu à nos questions tant au sujet de la maison que plus générales sur l'île. En bref nous avons passé un séjour enchanteur et avions plus l'impression de retrouver une amie à la maison qu'arriver dans une location de vacances. Si nous retournons en vacances à Ibiza nous reviendrons a Sant Carles c'est sur. Un gran abrazo y muchas gracias Katy por todo. Pasamos unas vacaciones maravillosas y esperamos ver te de nuevo cuando volvemos de vacaciones o por más tiempo quien sabe?
