Beautiful, custom built home in cul-de-sac on wooded lot. Extremely well kept, NON-smoking home with all the comforts you need! Large eat-in custom kitchen with granite countertops open to the living room with 60 HDTV; within steps to the screen porch. Formal dining room seats 6. Split bedroom floor plan for privacy. Breakfast table has seating for 6. Master bath with double vanity. Two bedrooms with double beds share Jack & Jill bathroom. Finished basement has another bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms with King Bed & two twin beds. Movie room with 60' HDTV. Quiet neighborhood with walking trails and sidewalks. Screen porch overlooking wooded lot; patio below with fire pit, gas & charcoal grills, and swimming pool.

Fire-pit, outdoor couch and TV for an additional hangout spot. In ground, gunite pool added Summer 2021. Pool cannot be heated.

Minutes from Washington Road and I-20.

10 miles to Augusta National. 12 miles to Champions Retreat Golf Club. 3 miles to Bartram Trail Golf Club. 30 minutes to Sage Valley Golf Club.

With several couches, more can be accommodated. Additional optional: Queen Aero Bed and double bed available upon request.

New (2020) Master bedroom king sleep number bed and New (2020) double bed on main level. Fresh paint (2024) throughout finished basement and (2026) office, Master bed & bath.

Home has Cable and WiFi. Minimum 3 night rental. Daily maid service included.

We have rented every year since 2017 (less Covid year), outside of VRBO as well. Please reach out if you'd like references from past guests.

Perfect house, perfect host and perfect week at Augusta!

House is setup for a large group/family with split bedrooms (including two kings) with multiple places to just hang out, including a sunroom and grill area. Quaint quiet neighborhood with walking trail for exercise. The host went that extra mile with her personal touches and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay again if we ever have the awesome opportunity to attend The Masters again!

Looking for a place for your whole group, but still need your own space? We'd love to have you! We have accommodated a small family, all the way to a large group for The Masters. We are not far from The National or Champions Retreat. Not enough walking the course? We have beautiful walking paths throughout the neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Available for the Augusta National Women’s Amateur Championship as well. We are equal distance between the two courses.
