Summer rentals available in minimum stay of 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday.

This apartment is located directly in front of connecticuts best private beach. Walk directly from your front door to the sand and enjoy a week relaxing in front of the long island sound. Apartment is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that can comfortably accommodate a family of 5. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and range, so you can enjoy u.A home cooked meal without leaving the beach. In addition, the apartment has a large deck with outdoor furniture so you can relax and enjoy the beach action from afar.

Rental comes with two parking spaces. One located directly on the premises and the second located one block away at corner of purtill ave and breen ave, parking spot w. Parking pass will be located inside the property and must be displayed on dashboard.

Beach passes will also be located inside the apartment and must be used when using the beach as security will be checking beach passes during the busy summer season.

Electronic keys will also be located in apartment for access to nearby hartford avenue.

All beach passes, electronic keys, and parking pass must be left at the rental property at the end of your stay. A $10 charge will be deducted from security deposit for each of missing key or pass.

All grills on premises are free to use during your stay. Please replace propane as required.

Great spot

The location was beautiful and so was the condo. It was everything that we needed. Ran into a small issue at first that was very quickly resolved. We would gladly come back.

Can’t beat ocean front! This is our 3rd time staying in these condos and it’s perfect.

Clean, new kitchen and floors and the neighbors are so friendly. You won’t regret staying here!

My name is Justin gouveia and I manage this property for my parents. I work and live in a nearby town in connecticut and have spent many summers at this old Lyme property.

Why they chose this property

As a child, I remember spending all day and night enjoying the sand and water as my parents watched comfortably from the deck. The beach is fi,led with children if all ages and it was always fun to play volleyball at the net nearby and have 20 other children join to make a huge neighborhood game. We would kick the soccer ball around the beach or throw the football, but my favorite were the large whiffle ball games we used to have. The best part of old Lyme as a child was after dinner when we used to walk to nearby Hartford avenue and my parents would buy me ice cream and take me to ride the carousel. I would always hustle a couple of dollars and spend an hour or so playing skeeball at the arcade.

As an adult, this place is even better. there is nothing better than catching up with your friends, enjoying the beautiful day, grilling endless amounts of food, and sipping on your favorite cocktail. I especially like when the sun goes down and the beach empties. You get to enjoy the beach peacefully and play card games or if you are feeling a little more adventurous that evening, walk over to Lenny on the beach or the pavilion , two local bars about 150 yards away, which are also Located on the beach. The pavilion is especially great as they are open during the day as well and always have a live band to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Amazing panoramic view of long island sound. Great place for people who like to take long walks along the beach. Volleyball court located directly adjacent to property and walking distance to all amenities.
