It's just a three-minute walk to Crescent Beach and just a few minutes more to McCooks Beach or to the Niantic Bay Yacht Club. You're an easy 10-minute drive to Dominion Millstone, 15 minutes to General Dynamics/Electric Boat, and 20 minutes to the Naval Submarine Base.
The house has two bedrooms and can sleep up to 6. Fully-renovated kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, and all standard kitchen supplies provided. House has central heat and a/c units for year-round comfort. Private back yard has patio seating, gas grill, and room to play and relax.

Location, location, location! Pick up breakfast from the local stand before planning your day at the beach. If you need a break from the sun, you can take a leisurely bike ride around Black Point or go shopping on Main Street.
The house is practical too. You're halfway between Boston and New York, with a number of major employers in town. And if you're here for an extended work trip, wouldn't you rather have space to unwind at the end of the day?
