Nice apartment in Caposchiera recently renovated, on the first and last floor, very bright and airy. Living room with open kitchen equipped with everything needed to cook and spend a comfortable stay! Double Sofa Bed, Air-conditioned Double Room, Room with 2 single beds convertible into a double bed Air-conditioned, possibility of having a cot. 32 "TV, Blu-Ray player, vacuum cleaner, iron, washing machine. New bathroom with large shower, terrace equipped for eating outside (the terrace has a safety gate for children). At guests disposal, Garage, Baby cot. A short distance from the market, bar, tobacconist, etc., 10min walk from the center of Villasimius, within a couple of km you have the possibility to choose from a dozen beaches. Our guests will find a map with the best indications so that they can enjoy this corner of paradise to the fullest.

Consigliato!

Appartamento pulitissimo, ben tenuto e dotato di tutte le comodità. A pochissima distanza in auto dalle spiagge più belle. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, sempre pronto a intervenire in caso di necessità o richieste. Zona tranquilla, non centralissima (10-15 minuti a piedi da via Umberto I) ma vicino a diversi supermercati. Box privato ma nelle vicinanze si trova sempre un posto in cui parcheggiare. Stiamo stati davvero bene!

Bon séjour

Pour un séjour fin octobre, un petit manque de couvertures chaudes dans l'appartement. Également à noter une fuite du chauffe-eau obligeant à l'éteindre après chaque douche. Sinon appartement bien meublé et garni de tout le nécessaire. Grande terrasse bien appréciable. Situé au calme mais pas loin des commodités, de la plage etc. Tres bonne communication et réactivité de la part d'Alessandro. Merci.

Bellissima vacanza a Villasimius

Abbiamo alloggiato 10 giorni in questo appartamento carino fornito quasi di tutto forse un po'troppo fuori dal centro ma comunque in zona tranquilla e strategica per raggiungere le piu' belle spiagge della zona, siamo stati bene,il titolare molto gentile e disponibile,complessivamente lo consiglio

spazioso appartamento comodo ai servizi

Siamo stati molto bene in 4 persone adulte , le due camere sono spaziose e indipendenti. Bene l'angolo cottura con una buona dotazione di pentole , non proprio pulitissime però, bagno essenziale con box doccia e lavatrice. Televisore enorme in soggiorno e aria condizionata . Terrazza spaziosa per cenare fuori . Non comodissimo al centro , ma vicinissimo ad un supermercato ben rifornito. Proprietario molto disponibile e davvero gentile a farci rimanere anche l'ultimo giorno fino a sera. Consigliabile.

Tutti perfetto

Siamo stati in questo appartamento le ultime 2 settimane di giugno. La vacanza è stata bellissima ed aver soggiornato in questo appartamento ha contribuito molto. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, dandoci informazioni su spiagge e posti dove mangiare, oltre ad essere stato disponibile quando avevamo bisogno di informazioni aggiuntive circa l'appartamento. Questo si trova al primo piano in una zona residenziale poco distante dal centro di Villasimius (circa 10-15 minuti a piedi). Era pulito e completo di tutto (stoviglie, tovaglie, lavatrice, climatizzatore, TV e lettore blu ray, manca solo la lavastoviglie). Il proprietario ci ha fatto anche trovare il lettino per la nostra bimba di 2 anni. Viste le 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, per noi che eravamo in 3, l'appartamento era decisamente molto spazioso. Bello anche il terrazzo esterno dove si può mangiare. Le spiagge delle zona sono bellissime e poco distanti dall'appartamento (circa 10-15 minuti in auto). Mi sento quindi di consigliare l'appartamento a tutti quelli che decidono di andare in vancaza nella splendida Villasimius!
