Pleasant vacations in a group of 14 persons

Great location to spend holidays with a beautiful view over the sea. Good equiped kitchen, WLAN, TV-screens and wallbox for electric cars. Additional equipment was nessessary for our children (6 below 2 years). Some damaged parts of the house and pool have been repaired in short time.

A beautiful place

I want to tell you that we did had a great stay inn Solenzara. We like Corse very much and Solenzara was a very nice place! We enjoyed the house and the garden. The heating of the swimming pool did not work. It had broken down by a lightning a couple days before our arrival. As the weather was warm and sunny the children enjoyed the swimming pool the last couple of days even if the water was quite Cold!!

Bad communication with the owner and The House is very hard to find

Several things in the house were not as described. The oven did not work (only the small one), which is annoying when you are 13 people. The aircon did not work in 3 of the bedrooms. The pool was not heatet. The “manager” of the house did not speak english and did not answer our calls, so no communication, which is very annoying when things are not working

585 / 5 000 I am sorry that the stay did not suit you. Nevertheless I wanted to clarify that we were always present during your stay even to welcome you at noon instead of 3 p.m. to accommodate you. As for the reported elements, the swimming pool was heated to 24 degrees all week which was very bad in terms of weather with orange alerts for rain and a very cold temperature. The main oven and air conditioning worked properly throughout the season and we always answered your questions as quickly as possible

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 semaines. La vue est magnifique, piscine est agréable, la climatisation est présente dans toutes les chambres, il y a différents espaces permettant à chacun de trouver sa tranquillité.Nous avons été bien accueilli par la responsable de la maison avec quelques cadeaux de bienvenue.En points d’amélioration, la literie serait à changer pour des matelas plus épais et plus denses. Le ménage devrait être prévu chaque semaine. Vérifier que tout fonctionne bien car nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la salle cinéma pendant plusieurs jours.

Idéal pour un séjour en famille sans se gênerPoints négatifs: des détails qui font baisser le standing de la maison piano cuisine dysfonctionnel, table de ping pong sans filet, queues de billard HS, douche de la chambre du haut sans pression, épuisette de piscine HS, pas d'épingles a linge, couette tachée..... rien de bien grave mais dommage car maison superbe.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt war Anfang Juli 2024. Ein grosses Ferienhaus, das sich sehr gut für mehrere Familien eignet, da es genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Wir waren eine 5-köpfige Familie und haben daher nur die drei Schlafzimmer auf der untersten Etage (Ebene Pool) genutzt. Das Grundstück ist gross mit einer tollen Aussicht. Das Kino hat unseren Kindern ganz besonders gut gefallen. Aber auch die vielen weiteren Unterhaltungsangebote im Haus waren ganz toll. Im Ort Solenzara gibt es auf kurzen Wegen Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bäckerei, Tankstelle etc Die Baustelle neben dem Haus hat uns nicht gestört.

1- Contrairement à l’annonce ce n’est pas le propriétaire qui nous a reçu 2 - Le descriptif détaillé adressé par le propriétaire ne correspond pas à la réalité constatée 3 - la maison a besoin d’être rénovée, plusieurs réparations et entretiens à prévoir (baie vitrée endommagée, 1 spot sur 12 qui fonctionne dans une chambre, poignet porte de douche qui tombe, 3 verres à vin, housses de transats fortement tâchees etc...) 4 - vue irréprochable, chantier en cours autour de la propriété Dommage pour ces points négatifs car la villa serait au top sans tout cela.

Magnifique maison de vacances avec vue incroyable sur la mer et le petit port de Solenzara

Nous étions 12 en famille, chacun trouve son intimité car la maison est grande et possède différents espaces. La piscine est magnifique, chauffée et adaptée pour des petits enfants grâce aux plages de chaque côté. Équipements de la maison très connectés. Belle plancha sur la terrasse extérieure. Un petit peu de nuisance sonore le matin dues à des travaux à proximité de la maison mais peu dérangeant. Jolie maison à recommander !

Das Haus ist spitze - bietet für große Gruppen oder Familien genügend Rückzugsräume! Die Küche und die Ausstattung sind der Hit - wir haben alles super genossen und sind in 1 Woche nur zu einem Tagesausflug aufgebrochen - ansonsten haben wir uns gemütlich im Haus, auf dem Gelände oder im Pool aufgehalten! Die Plancha auf der Terrasse draussen hat uns so viel Spaß gemacht zum Kochen, dass wir uns auf Korsika noch eine eigene gekauft haben - die steht nun in unserer Outdoor-Küche zu Hause ! Nur zu empfehlen! Super klasse!

Magnifique séjour en Famille

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique avec notre tribu de 13, avec enfants et petits-enfants de 8 ans à 4 mois. La maison est parfaite pour un séjour en famille où tout le monde à son espace autant petits que grands. La maison est très bien aménagée avec des appareils haut de gamme, rien de manque que ce soit pour cuisiner ou pour se divertir tout est fait pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Sa situation vous permet de belles visites telles que Bonifaccio, Porto Vecchio, Aiguilles de Bavella etc…

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes Haus mit 3 getrennten Ebenen so dass es auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für einzelne gab. Sehr freundlicher, schneller hilfsbereiter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Etwas schwierig zu finden da die Adresse nicht ganz korrekt ist und das Haus mit der angegebenen Hausnummer woanders in der Straße liegt. Am besten über Google Maps nach dem Pool suchen und dann hinfahren. Ggf. könnte der Vermieter hier nachbessern. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Tolle Villa, super Lage!

Wir habenuns mit einer großen Gruppe von 14 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich außergewöhnlich, so etwas hattten wir bisher noch nicht. Einzig die Dusche am Pool hat usn gefehlt, und ein Sonnenschrim auf der Terrasse, sonst war es top. Der Ort ist ebenfalls sehr nett und alles gut erreichbar.
