IT HAS BEEN REHABILITATED RESPECTING THE ORIGINAL MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES AND IMPROVEMENTS HAVE BEEN INCORPORATED WITH THE CURRENT NEEDS (RADIANT FLOOR HEATING, WIFI) CONSERVING THE STRUCTURE AND ESSENCE OF THE HOUSE.
THE HOUSE IS ORGANIZED TOWARDS A CENTRAL GARDEN-GARDEN AND HAS 2 PLANTS. ON THE GROUND FLOOR THE COMMON AREAS ARE SITUATED: EQUIPPED KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, LIVING ROOM AND A TOILET.
