Friends and Fun

The property is very nice. The house was accurately described and was as good as the photos showed. The location is a short walk to some nice restaurants in the Gulch which is very nice. It was the perfect spot to come back to at the end of the day and hangout.

Beautiful home to rent

This is a great home to rent near the Gulch. Not a bad walk or scooter ride to restaurants in the Gulch. 5 minute Uber to Broadway. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the rooftop deck.

2020 SEC Tournament

My group has been attending the SEC basketball tournament for 38 years and have been using VRBO for 5 years now. This was the best place we have stayed in Nashville and hope to return to it next year.

Beautiful home

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Needed a little better cleaning (ceiling fans in all rooms) but overall a beautiful property. I would maybe supply guest with additional cookware, and cooking utensils plus new grill utensils. Still was able to make do with what’s there. It was a great house for 3-4 day stays. Supplied enough bathroom tissue, soaps and kitchen products for cleaning. We will definitely rent this property again.

Terrific location, modern and nice

This was a great 4 bedroom unit with a rooftop deck a big kitchen with a large dining table as well as plenty of space for everyone in the living room. The decor was modern and nice. If I were to make two suggestions, it would be to 1. offer more bedrooms with larger beds. There is room. 2. Also, the floating stairs were warped and a bit tricky to navigate. I'd replace the stair treads.

Nashville in December

The property is fantastic, a 5 minute walk to the Gulch and uptown establishments. The bedrooms and bathrooms are just as advertised and the kitchen is fully stocked to prepare meals. The only thing to note is that you need to bring all food items. There is not even salt and pepper so plan accordingly or just buy it all at the market (other places we have stayed have had some of the simple necessities in regard to cooking). Everything else is there to cook meals with no problems. We wished the weather was warmer to enjoy the roof top deck or back patio and cannot wait to reserve the place on our next visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was pretty great - $5 uber rides to downtown & less than $20 to & from the airport. Although it is not so close to shopping. A car was necessary for the liquor store & supermarket. The house was immaculate & so nicely decorated. There was plenty of space for all of the guests to sleep & to socialize. There were 2 very minor issues - one of the beds was slightly collapsed in the upstairs bedroom & there were only 2 rolls of extra toilet paper for 12 people. Other than that, we loved the house & would highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was house was everything we needed for 4 couples to enjoy a long weekend in Nashville. I had a hard time finding a home with 4 large beds, so that’s the main reason we chose it (wish that 4th bedroom had a real queen and not the bunk- I am curious how often it’s utilized). The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (Keurig coffee pot and regular coffee pot). Couches in living area could be more comfortable, but that’s a part of the modern decor I guess. The rooftop deck is awesome (with a wet bar just inside the door to keep drinks up there!) It was much too cold to utilize, but would be a lot of fun to hang out up there. This home is not a bad walk to the Gulch bars and restaurants. Sometimes we’d Uber, sometimes walk. This home is a quick Uber ride to Broadway as well. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful House - Excessive Charges at Checkout

First, let me start off by saying this is an awesome home in a great location. It sits in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood, but is very close to all the action. We had a great time and it was a perfect accommodation for our group. Now the bad. Upon exit, we were charged an excessive amount of extra cleaning fees. First, we were charged for a clogged toilet. The last time I checked, you are not supposed to charge tenants for faults of the home, especially a clogged toilet when there's no plunger present in the entire home. Second, we were charged for leaving CLEAN dishes on the counter next to the dishwasher. We weren't able to finish the dishwasher because we had to check out at 11am (even after asking for 1 extra hour to complete the clean). We cleaned the dishes and set them next to the dishwasher and figured the cleaners would finish when they arrived at "11am sharp" at our checkout. Third, we were charged for a stained pillow case and stained bath towel. Totally understandable. Fourth, we were charged for not taking the tiny trash can out of one of the bathrooms. The trash can outside was overflowing and we got charged for a tiny trash can. Wouldn't you think if you pay a cleaning fee the cleaner could empty a tiny trash can with the rest of the trash from cleaning? Overall, this is a beautiful property with great amenities. Just be careful when putting your credit card down.

A wonderful stay in Nashville

We came to Nashville with our adult children and spouses. The house was perfect in location and accommodation. It was clean, well stocked and a beautiful home. The host was exceptional in responding to my questions within minutes!

Comfortable spot!

Girls getaway in Nashville

This property accommodated our group of 7 women perfectly. Located in a quiet area close to the Gulch and restaurants. It was a bit of a hike to broadway (25mins). The unit needs a good cleaning and maintenance. When we arrive the bathrooms were not cleaned well enough. I did contact the host who apologized and sent a cleaner to the property in 30 minutes after the call was made. Unfortunately we found dirty wine glasses(lipstick) in cupboards as well. The furnishings are seeing wear and tear and every wall has dings/dents/ and paint touch ups. We were there for only 48 hrs due to travel issues and the place was fine for our use. The roof top deck is nice and we overall enjoyed our stay. Communication with host was great and they strived to take care of our concerns. For the price I would expect a cleaner unit

Location Location Location!

Fantastic property in the mix of it all. We were walking distance to Vanderbilt versus Tennesse. Also, a short ride fare to the heart of the city. Highly recommend!

New Year’s stay

Location was great. Walking distance to Gulch and within minutes of Broadway. Plenty of space to spread out . Kitchen and living room spacious for gatherings . Definitely recommend this location.
