Cumbre del sol . Schönes komfortables Haus

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit unglaubliche Ausblick. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Fuß nah ist einen Supermarkt, einen Restaurant und Paddle Tennis Felder. Zu Cala Moraig ist es nicht weit wenn man Kiesel Strand mag. Pool ist schön. Alle Zimmer haben elektrische Rollläden und Klimaanlage (sehr praktisch in Sommer). Kühlschrank ist ein bisschen klein. Wenig Schatten auf der Terrasse. Es stehen 2 Strand Sonnenschirme zu Verfügung. Es gab einen rissen Sonnenschirm aber da andere Mieter nicht aufgepasst haben und es in Cumbre del Sol manchmal windig wird ist er kaputt gegangen(sagte mir der Besitzer) Fotos entsprechen zum Haus. Kontakt reibungslos!! Ich kann das Haus empfehlen.

Une très belle Villa moderne

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette Superbe villa. La vue est exceptionnelle et pouvoir contempler l'océan Tout en se baignant dans la piscine procure un bien être immense. A l'intérieur, tour ce dont on a besoin est présent .. Rien à redire ! Vraiment nous ne regrettons pas cette location et envisageons D'y retourner l'année prochaine.

Fantastic villa in an amazing location

Just enjoyed an amazing stay in this fantastic villa. Inside the property is modern and very comfortable. Outside is simply stunning and you will never get tired of the view. We travelled with two teenage daughters and everyone had their own space and the wifi is super reliable. The pool is very clean and a good size (bigger than we thought it would be from the pictures). We usually spend more time at the beach but it was just too comfortable relaxing by the pool with the sea view. There is a beach nearby although be prepared for the steep roads if you're planning to walk. The supermarket is very close and caters for most needs. All in all a lovely stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to family and friends.

We hebben genoten van het mooie huis ,alles perfect in orde ,prachtig uitzicht op zee ,s,morgens je broodje kopen ,de straat uit en je bent er ivm met late terug vlucht ,geen probleem om s,middags te vertrekken ,de ideale vakantieplek ,mooi huis ,prachtig uitzicht ,vlak bij het strand

Tolles Haus mit super Aussicht

Wir haben uns zu zweit sehr wohl in diesem Haus gefühlt. Es liegt sehr gut und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer, der uns bei Tag und Nacht fasziniert hat - Fernglass nicht vergessen! Der Bau am großen Neubaukomplex direkt unterhalb hat uns nicht gestört. Im Pool ohne Ecken und Kanten, weil alles abgerundet wurde, findet man Erfrischung bei den wunderbar warmen Tagestemperaturen. Im Haus läd eine sehr große Sofalandschaft zum verweilen ein. Von den drei kleinen Doppelschlafzimmern haben die beiden im Erdgeschoß eine integrierte Dusche. Im Obergeschoß ist das Schlafzimmer mit einem tollen Panoramafenster ausgestattet. So kann man bei Nacht die beleuchteten Kreuzfahrtschiffe aus dem Bett heraus beobachten. Oben befindet sich auch ein voll ausgestattetes Bad mit Dusche, Waschtisch, WC, Fön und Handtuchtrockner. Im Erdgeschoß ist ein Gäste-WC. Die Küchenausstattung war für uns völlig in Ordnung und alle Geräte inkl. TV mit deutschem Senderempfang funktionieren einwandfrei. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes und modernes Haus, das wir gerne nochmal buchen würden.

Formidable

Cette maison est formidable. Telle que décrite avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable. La cuisine est bien équipée, la buanderie aussi... Nous y avons séjourné à deux la première semaine et à quatre la deuxième... nous n'avons pas vu la différence tant l'aménagement est bien pensé : deux chambres avec chacune une douche à l'italienne pour préserver l'intimité de chacun, une chambre à l'étage avec sa salle de douche... rien à redire... Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette spacieuse villa. La piscine était un peu fraîche à cause de la météo qui était capricieuse, mais nous en avons malgré tout profité. Se baigner avec un tel panorama autour de soi... malgré le chantier voisin... c'était fantastique. Nous remercions Monsieur Bart que nous avons dérangé le dimanche de notre arrivée pour le check-in et une nouvelle fois pour notre départ... ce fut un plaisir. Merci encore.

Super vakantie!

We hebben een super vakantie gehad in deze moderne & praktische woning. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen door Bart die ons handige tips meegaf. Alle kamers geven uit op het zwembad en het prachtige uitzicht op zee. Door de constructie van de woning is m’n beschut tegen de wind, doch er is meestal een lichte aangename zeebries. Supermarkt, apotheker en restaurant op loopafstand. Vele mooie stadjes en strandjes in de omtrekt (vooral Javea op +/- 10 min. met de wagen is een aanrader). Wij hebben al opnieuw geboekt voor volgend jaar!

Magnifique

C'est une magnifique maison avec une superbe vue. C'est un vrai plaisir de se levé au matin et d'apprécie cette magnifique vue. On a passé excellent séjour. Tout est a proximité, tout est mis a la disposition du locataire dans la maison, c'est un vrai plaisir. On a eu le temps de visité ce magnifique endroit et cette maison et vraiment trés bien situé a un trés beau endroit. Je la conseil a tous le monde.

Superbes vacances au coeur de la Costa Blanca !

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances idéalement réussie du 18 au 25 avril. La villa est spacieuse et aménagée avec goût. C'est une location de haute qualité car elle offre tout un confort high-tech. Sa localisation, au cœur d'un quartier résidentiel nommé Cumbre del Sol, offre une tranquillité de voisinage assurée. De plus, les visites des alentours sont très sympathiques à découvrir comme Moraira, Altéa, le rocher de Calpé ou bien encore le lâcher de taureaux dans le centre ville de Teuléda ! A renouveler sans modération, car nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout explorer !!

Un très joli séjour

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette belle maison moderne. Malgré la période, la météo fut bonne et la région est vraiment magnifique. Il y a effectivement quelques travaux dans le voisinage mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés. La maison est pratique, spacieuse et correspond parfaitement aux descriptions sur le site. La connexion WIFI et les chaines TV françaises ont bien été appréciées. Merci pour cet agréable temps de vacances !

wunderbares Haus mit Blick aufs Meer

Wir verbrachten mit unseren Kindern (10 + 12) einen wunderbaren Urlaub. es liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage uneinsehbar Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und doch im Zentrum. Der Supermarkt ist fussläufig erreichbar. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, es gibt genügend Teller und Besteck. Auch Handtücher gab es ausreichend.

attention! nuisance sonore (travaux importants)

grosse déception ! extérieur : travaux importants en contrebas de 8h30 à 17h30 . 1 SEULE salle d'eau à l'étage( Pas de salles de bain) . 2 douches en bas dans les chambres sans lavabo! Attention piscine non protégée et très dangereuse pour des enfants. Pas de protection solaire extérieure: impossible de prendre ses repas dehors!

Le niveau sonore des travaux n'est certainement pas tout le temps le même. La nuisance en soi dépend essentiellement de la sensibilité des occupants. Certaines personnes seront gênées par un coup de pelle et d'autres pas. Nous sommes conscient qu'un immeuble se construit en contre bas de notre maison mais nous ne sommes pas responsable des nuisances sonores que cela peut engendrer. Pour ce qui est de la piscine, à la consultation des photos, il n'est pas difficile de se rendre compte si elle peut convenir à l'âge de vos enfants tout en sachant que toute piscine est potentiellement dangereuse et qu'il ne faut pas laisser les enfants sans surveillance. Concernant le reste tout correspond à la description faites dans l'annonce, deux points douche et un wc avec évier en bas, à l'étage une salle de bain équipée d'un évier, d'un wc et d'une douche.

Appréciation de notre séjour en votre maison

Super séjour dans votre maison laquelle est meublée avec goût. Il n'est pas fréquent de proposer à la location une telle maison neuve. Maison fonctionnelle, dommage pour le carrelage de sol, je pense qu'il aurait été préférable de mettre du mat plutôt que du brillant. Malgré le début de construction d'une maison en contre bas, la vue reste imprenable. Si je peux me permettre, il manque un porte serviettes dans la salle de bain de l'étage. Le barbecue et la connexion wifi m'ont vraiment fait plaisir. Au plaisir d'y retourner
