New villa in the place called 'Cumbre Del sol' with impressive views of the valence dimension in Benidorm and the Balearic Islands.
Ideally located, the villa offers a large terrace / solarium of 35 m2 with six sunbeds, 5 minutes from the beach of Del Moraig, 150 meters from shops (restaurant, supermarket, hairdresser, ..) and close to several cities. A private entrance in the bottom of a dead end street.

Cumbre del sol . Schönes komfortables Haus

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit unglaubliche Ausblick. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Fuß nah ist einen Supermarkt, einen Restaurant und Paddle Tennis Felder. Zu Cala Moraig ist es nicht weit wenn man Kiesel Strand mag. Pool ist schön. Alle Zimmer haben elektrische Rollläden und Klimaanlage (sehr praktisch in Sommer). Kühlschrank ist ein bisschen klein. Wenig Schatten auf der Terrasse. Es stehen 2 Strand Sonnenschirme zu Verfügung. Es gab einen rissen Sonnenschirm aber da andere Mieter nicht aufgepasst haben und es in Cumbre del Sol manchmal windig wird ist er kaputt gegangen(sagte mir der Besitzer) Fotos entsprechen zum Haus. Kontakt reibungslos!! Ich kann das Haus empfehlen.

Un mirador al Mediterráneo

Las vistas, la casa, la piscina... Ha sido todo perfecto. Muy relajante para los adultos y muy divertido para los niños. La ubicación es magnífica aunque la zona esté un poco alejada de todo. Un oasis en medio de las montañas con vistas al mar

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in diesem Haus. Neues und modernes Haus. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist traumhaft. Die Kontaktperson in Spanien spricht deutsch, was sehr von Vorteil war.
