VILLA-MARIA, wonderful villa located 250 meters from the beach, from the main terrace you can see the sea. The house has a plot of 2000m / 2, a huge garden, a barbecue, garage, large private pool of 12 meters, 3 terraces, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and dining room. 5 minutes walk you access the beach from the house.
The house is equipped with all kinds of comfort, Satellite TV, free WIFI, air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, iron, washing machine, household items, etc. For families max. 6 persons.

The house is large, fresh, bright, spacious and very cozy. It is located in a quiet medium-high residential neighborhood, has coffee shops, supermarkets, banks, beach bar, etc ... 500 meters away is the town center where the shoping center, church, more restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, etc.
Moraira is an old and typical Mediterranean fishing village famous for its good beaches and excellent cuisine, ideal for resting.-
This house was acquired by my paternal grandfather when Moraira was a virgin. My grandfather liked to fish and acquired a land near the beach of Roca to go fishing, in time a beautiful Mediterranean style villa was built, stone arches, and with all kinds of comfort. We have respected its original architecture, it is a very cozy and comfortable house for family vacations.- Its location is privileged.
VILLA-MARIA is rented for the summer or holiday period and formal, serious and clean people are required to enjoy the house and take care of the property.

Lovely

Could do with some updating but overall a beautiful villa. Lots of personal space, only downside was the constant barking of the dog in the villa that backed onto the garden. Maria was an amazing hostess, nothing was too much trouble.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Si tuviera que cambiar algo dentro y fuera de la casa, sería las bombillas de luz blanca a luz cálida. Casa muy bien pensada para el clima de la zona. María muy atenta.

A lovely location - great for a family break

We knew the area quite well and decided to try a villa with pool close to Moraira. The house was well suited to us a family of four (there was an extra double bedroom which we didn't need to use) and Maria and her mother greeted us on the day to run through everything with us. Very helpful, nice touch. The property felt typically Spanish and is on a large plot with nice grassed area and a large pool with separate pool house. It all felt secure with plenty of parking behind secure gates. Nice sea view from the roof terrace and easy walk down to the beach/restaurants. The Mas y Mas supermarket is very convenient. Overall we were pleased we had chosen the villa. Downside, only really that if you are english, there is literally One channel which is CNBC in English out of 200 so brush up on you german. We were lucky and borrowed a dvd player from some friends nearby so at least we could unwind later in the evening after the kids were in bed with a film.

The Macdougall family is a lovely one, Graeme&Sue and the girls are just lovely people and very educated. I´d be please to wellcome in my villa again in the future. And if it happens I´l make sure a DVD is in the house.
