Hi I'm Maria Paula and Im the owner of this beautiful house duplex, with
- free high speed fiber WiFi and Air conditioning in the rooms so you can sleep comfortably.
- The first floor you have 2 rooms and bathroom.
- The double rooms have a nice balcony.
- Very comfortable and bright living room is located on the ground floor with smart TV with several English Chanels.
-The recently beautiful and renovated kitchen are very well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals
- We have a pleasant, fully fenced garden for privacy, a barbecue, and a large dining table to enjoy meals on warm summer nights
- At the bottom you'll find a gate that gives access to the pool... Large communal pool, with sun loungers and enough space.
- Location....this property is situated the hear of the Marina, you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars just a couple of minutes stroll from the the house, but far enough away that you can also have peace and quiet.
- The Falésia beach has a long stretch of white sand that invites you to stroll, with its famous red cliffs. You also have Marina Beach next to the luxury hotels.
- Nearby, a short Uber ride away, are water parks and magnificent golf courses.
- Vilamoura is vibrant and cosmopolitan; your holidays will be fun.

Excellent Location and outside garden space

Had a great stay, the location of the property is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the marina, but far enough away from any noise. Really enjoyed the garden - a real bonus. The house had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Paula was very welcoming and helpful.

A Home from Home!

Our host was there to meet us when we arrived and was very welcoming and helpful. The house was charming with everything we needed - from a well appointed kitchen including an electric orange-squeezer, iron, hair drier, washing machine etc. The garden was great to have a little of our own space and room to dry towels. It had a proper dining table and chairs outside and a BBQ which we didn't get time to use. but there was a lovely pergola with Jasmine which smelt amazing! The rooms were very clean and tidy, plenty of fans to keep us cool. The sheets were spotless and there was a lovely smell of fresh linen everywhere. The location was perfect for a 2 minute walk to the marina or a 15 minute walk to the beach which was amazing. The swimming pool was clean and big enough for the amount of people using it. There were always sun loungers available and the pool attendant was very helpful. We loved the house and would be very happy to come back and recommend it to other holiday makers.

Boa localização para a praia e o centro de Vilamoura. O ar condicionado nos quartos é uma mais valia. O jardim da casa é agradável com as flores.A casa em si é agradável. O que nos encomodou mais foi :- o cheiro a fumeiro/chaminé na casa- falta de mais utensílios de cozinha. Pelo menos uma faca de cozinha daria jeito. A cozinha em si não dá muita vontade de cozinhar nela.- o esquentador da água deveria ser regulado melhor ou a torneira da banheira mudada para evitar escaldões

Buena ubicacion y con piscina, pero mejorable

Vivienda 2 de plantas con jardín muy bien ubicada: cerca de comercios y restaurantes y del puerto o Marina de Vilamoura (5 min andando), pero a la vez en una zona residencial muy tranquila. Las playas están a unos 15-20 minutos andando.El jardín resulta muy agradable, las habitaciones y el baño, en la planta de arriba, sencillas pero cómodas y muy luminosas. Lo malo que para estancias largas falta espacio para ropa y otras cosas.La casa no es calurosa pues con ventiladores y abriendo ventanas, es fácil tener corrientes de aire. No echamos de menos el aire acondicionado.Lo peor es la cocina con muebles muy antiguos, menaje viejo, descuidado pero sobre todo sucio. Tuvimos que limpiar la encimera, necesitan limpiar más a fondo incluido interior de armarios y frigorífico. Tuvimos que dejar todo en la encimera. El frigorífico estaba sucio y el escurreplatos tenía moho y tuve que limpiarlo bien.El suelo del salón tampoco estaba muy limpio y lo fregamos al llegar. El sofá tenia un cobertor algo sucio y lo cubrimos con una sábana nuestra.Hay una alfombra que no levantan para limpiar y salía mucha suciedad de ahí debajo.Los muebles del jardín muy sucios, no se habían limpiado para nuestra llegada. Los limpié para poder usarlos: las manchas no eran por el tiempo, el uso o por estar fuera, solo había que limpiar. La piscina comunitaria está bastante bien es amplia y siempre encontramos sitio.Es cierto que el precio es bajo para la zona pero la limpieza es muy mejorable.

Vilamoura est une ville magnifique, dynamique et cette maison est tres bien située., nous avons tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. l accès a la piscine est facile, et elle est surveillée, mais fermée le dimanche.. le port a 3 min a pied sans les nuissances , la plage a 1km avec des magasins sur le chemin.La maison est conforme au descriptif, et tres propre, manque un peu d ustensile. Excelente localização e casa cómoda, mas num bairro com alguma intranquilidade, por causa dos jovens

A casa é cómoda, tem tudo do que se precisa e está extremamente bem localizada (muito próxima da marina e da praia). Os grupos de jovens que se deslocam, no final de julho e início de agosto, acabam, no entanto, por perturbar a tranquilidade da zona, impondo-se medidas dos demais proprietários.

Localização e espaço excelentes

A localização (mesmo atrás da Marina) e os espaço em si, são excelentes. Tem um jardim muito simpático para jantar descontraidamente ao ar livre. A piscina, partilhada com outros apartamentos, é bastante boa e nunca nos faltou espaço de relva ou espreguiçadeiras para nos deitarmos ao Sol. A nossa estadia foi excelente em tudo. As únicas coisas que podiam ser melhoradas na casa são a cozinha e o chão da sala. Nota-se que merecem ser modernizados. A casa de banho também podia ter um aspecto mais moderno. No entanto, isto não invalida o facto de que gostámos bastante e tencionamos voltar.

Cozinha com móveis muito antigos e pouca limpeza. Casa com muito pó e chão muito gasto. Almofadas das cadeiras com manchas. Cheiro da canalização desagradável. Não tivemos para oito dias muda de roupa de cama nem de toalhas de banho e rosto, nem qualquer serviço de limpeza. Só tinha um pano de cozinha e uma toalha de mesa. Pontos positivos: Jardim e churrasco e a piscina do condomínio.

la propriétaire des lieux est charmante et très serviable, la maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle, le jardin est un vrai plus. Ferias Vilamoura

A D. Paula é uma pessoa mt simpatica e pontual com as horas combinadas a casa em si é mt boa para passar uns dias de ferias o unico senao foi um pouco de barulho de noite da casa do lado e do " anexo " por cima da casa por parte dos jovens que alugaram mas nisso ninguem tem culpa e como estamos de ferias nao houve grande stress !! Os miudos adoraram ter piscina e mt importante tem um lugar de estacionamento reservado o k é um extra mt bom !! Resumindo recomendo a qualquer pessoa e desde ja um obrigado á D. Paula pela sua simpatia e desponibilidade !!
