Located in the charming Samoset Village, adjacent to the Samoset Resort, this beautiful open concept condominium offers 1,800 sq. ft. of living space. The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath semi-detached end-unit offers views of the Samoset Resort’s “Pebble Beach of the East”, Penobscot Bay, the surrounding islands, and Owls Head Lighthouse. It's an ideal location, taking less than 5 minutes to drive to downtown Rockland, and 10 minutes to drive to the heart of Camden, Maine.

Our home offers custom-built kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, stainless steal appliances, white oak floors, lush carpeting, and a full-size front loading HE washer and dryer. New plumbing and fixtures, improved insulation, and an upgraded heating and instant hot water system, and ductless splits for added air-conditioning comfort.

The chef's kitchen comes fully equipped from pots and pans to the garlic press and microplane. In addition to the 10 cup coffee maker, we also provide an espresso machine and french press.

The back porch, accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom en-suite, offers a welcoming outdoor living space. It features a dining table for four, two rocking chairs, and a double glider—perfect for relaxing with friends over afternoon cocktails while enjoying stunning views of Penobscot Bay, the Samoset Resort Golf Course, and the beautifully landscaped lawns and gardens.

The primary bedroom en-suite overlooks the beautifully landscaped courtyard, offering a peaceful and scenic retreat. A luxurious king-size bed is dressed in high-end Legacy Linens, including 100% Egyptian cotton sheets by Downtown Co. For a restful night’s sleep, blackout blinds are installed on the two windows and french door. The spacious en-suite bathroom features a separate double vanity from walk-in shower and toilet for added comfort and convenience.

The second floor features two charming bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a full-size bed plus a twin trundle, ideal for families or additional guests. These rooms share a well-appointed bathroom, complete with a custom-built double vanity, a shower/tub combination, and elegant "travertine" tile finishes.

The condo includes a one-car garage and a private driveway with space for up to three vehicles. Additional parking is available in designated areas throughout Samoset Village.

Guests of Samoset Village enjoy access to a private heated pool, open exclusively to residents and their guests from mid-June through Labor Day.

Please note: Samoset Village is separate from the Samoset Resort. While the resort’s golf course, dining, and spa services are open to the public for a nominal fee, access to the resort’s pool and health club is limited to Samoset Resort guests and is not available to Samoset Village renters.
