The apartment is very comfortable, spacious with a modern and functional decoration.
It has a living room with a sofa loveseat, tv, table with six chairs, air conditioning.
Two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed.
The kitchen is new and has everything you need to be used, from the complete crockery to the washing machine.
The location is excellent, since Rambla Poblenou is two blocks away and Mar Bella beach is seven blocks away.
The Poblenou metro is only half a street away, so in just 10 minutes, it takes you to the center of the city.

Appartement à 15 mns de la plage, tous commerces aux environs. Propriétaire très sympathique et serviable. Mais la location est très chère pour le standing donné.

Perfect location for relaxing

My friends and I loved the apartment. It was in the perfect location in a very fun neighborhood. There was a metro stop directly across the street, and you could be to the Gothic Quarter and other tourist spots in 10-15 minutes. The beach was a very easy 10 minute walk. We would definitely recommend the apartment to people wanting safe and fun area with lots of restaurants.

Typisches Flair in Barcelona

Die Wohnung ist günstig gelegen. Dies war meine fünfte Wohnung in diesem Stadtteil. Für mich ist Barcelona wie ein zweites Zuhause und ich werde die Unterkunft gerne wieder buchen, wenn sie bei meinem nächsten Besuch verfügbar ist.
