About this property

With a 40ft long balcony and doors / windows floor to ceiling throughout all rooms, this is an apartment that is bright, spacious and it provides excellent accommodation.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and drawers. Each room has air-conditioning, central vacuum, surround sound, electric shutters and patio doors to the terrace. There is a large table and chairs at the balcony.

The beach is at only 400 meters distance and alternative ways are available to get there. If you choose to go on foot is just a straight and flat line to follow. You can also choose to go to the other side where you can enjoy beautifull views and then, get the panoramic elevator to get to the beach.
It is located only two minutes from the friendly local market, shops and cafes.

Wi Fi is available at the Tourist Office just 300 meters from the flat as well as a quiet space to work, if needed.

The bathroom has a vertical hydro-jet shower and bath. The kitchen is integrated to the living room giving a very modern look and it is fully equipped.

There is a secure garden with heated pool which slopes at one end to give a shallow area for little ones, wooden sundecks to three sides, poolside WC / showers and play area for little ones on a rubberized surface.

Guests can use any area of the building including the pool, solar deck and one car garage.

A hostess will be available for your convenience as well as to handle the keys and help you with any other information you need at your arrival.

São Martinho is surrounded by beautifull beaches. The sea bay is extremely calm and you can enjoy delicious food anywhere.

The south beach is a nature reserve with a boardwalk around to the next village. In summer there are lifeguards and shade tents on the beach, water sports, bike rental on the prom, and often entertainment on the green.

Férias com conforto

Eatava tudo limpo e com muito conforto. O apartamento tem ótimas condições e está bem equipado. Apenas gostaria de deixar duas sugestões que certamente tornarão as próximas experiências ainda melhor: -faz falta uma máquina de café de cápsula, hije ideia já é um utensílio indispensável numa casa e com 30 ou 40 euros é um investimento baixo e que contribuirá para maior satisfação dos hóspedes. -relativamente aos colchões, esse foi o único sinal negativo que a casa tinha. São muito duros e já em más condições. Principalmente o da cama de casal. Uma noite dormida nele,provoca forte dores nas costas. De resto ,tudo impecável. Parabéns

Tres déçue de la location

Nous contestons notre location, sur annonce etait précisé salle de bain baignoire et douche hors il n’y avait pas de douche c’était seulement une paume de douche dans la baignoire du coup très compliqué pour enjamber la baignoire pour ma mère personne âgée 85 ans, c’était aussi précisé sur annonce douche et toilettes à la piscine, faux inexistante car pas de clefs, beaucoup de marche et de palier une fois sorti de l’ascenseur et soit disant 400 mètres de la plage faux 600 mètres minimum. Matelas du lit mauvaise qualité résultat mal au dos. canapé usé, pas d’éclairage sur la terrasse ne permettant pas d’y manger le soir

Clean and spacious apartment.

We had a great stay Enjoyed the beach and promenade which was just a short walk away from the apartment. The apartment is spacious and modern and situated in a quiet area of the town. This apartment is modern and well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Close by are a couple of good restaurants and a number of little cafes. There is also the market (fish, vegetables, fruit) and a useful supermarket close by. Our teenage girls enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the wifi of course.
