Charming Lakefront Cottage, Private Sandy Beach, Excellent Fishing

This is a cozy cabin on a private lake about 75 minutes northeast of Grand Rapids. Includes fully stocked kitchen, bedroom and bath linens, satellite TV, queen and full sized bed, bunk beds, paddle boat, canoe, outdoor and indoor games, and sand box for children. Because it is a private lake a fishing license is not required. Sit on the deck overlooking the lake and build a fire in the firepit in the evening. Or catch some sun on your own small private beach and swim out to the swim raft to cool off. The most notable aspect of this relaxing getaway is the two huge oak trees on the property, the quiet, shaded lot that the cottage is located on, and the beautiful view overlooking the lake. There is also a small private park with a playground for kids within walking distance.

lovely!

gorgeous lake, adorable cabin. we had a great time. the lake is quiet and warm, the owners have tons of lake toys you can borrow and the sandy area is great. the gaint trees make the yard magical and shaded till afternoon. at the lake you can see the fishes swim at the shore, my kiddo enjoyed feeding them. and she loved jumpimg from the swiming raft. lots of fish!

My wife and I were looking for lakefront property to buy a few years ago. We drove by this cabin and saw the old for sale sign nailed to a pine tree. You couldn't see the lake from the front so we walked to the back. The outstanding view of the lake from the back of the house took our breath away and we knew we wanted this property!
