A casa di Francesca - renovated apartment in the historic center of Lecce

The apartment is located in a well-serviced and very quiet area of the historic center of Lecce, just 200 meters away from the famous Church of Santa Croce, and just 300 meters from the central Piazza Sant'Oronzo. In a few minutes on foot you will be able to reach all the monuments and the commercial area of the city.
The apartment available to our guests was renovated in 2016 and is equipped with all modern comforts, such as free Wi-Fi, 2 HD LED TVs, kitchen with stove and oven, cookware, dishes , cutlery, microwave, nespresso machine, kettle to prepare herbal teas and tea, double bed, sofa bed, heating system, cooling system, hairdryer, ironing board, iron, washing machine, bathroom with shower and all linen required.
Please note that the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people because it has a double bed and a sofa bed. If necessary we have a camping cot for which, however, we do not provide the necessary linen.

Wonderful

The apartment was perfect, very spacious, little extras such as coffee pods, shampoo, etc, were much appreciated. The location was ideal, close to restaurants and piazzas. Highly recommend the property.

A large, beautifully appointed apartment located in the historic centre of beautiful Lecce. Our host, Cosimo, couldn’t have been more helpful. He sent us details about Lecce and surrounding region months before our arrival and then there was more information at the apartment. He had water, juice, milk and butter in the fridge waiting for us, as well as breakfast goodies. Look forward to our next visit! Highly recommend!!!

Fabulous time

We could not have received better service from Cosimo from the exceptional information pack to contact and tips during our stay. My husband made full advantage of all the treats we were left. Such an attention to detail!

Our host, Cosimo, was extremely helpful. He sent a full description of how to self check-in. He also reserved a parking place just outside the old city. The apartment had everything one could wish for. The rooms are spacious, with high domed ceilings. As for the kitchen, it had most everything one needs. As I said, an attention to details. The apartment is in the middle of the old city and everything is at walking distance. All in all, an excellent choice.

Appartement dans le centre historique proche de tout ce qu'il faut visiter à Lecce et bon point de départ pour sillonner dans le Salento. L'appartement est très confortable et bien décoré. Il faut garer la voiture hors du centre en ZTL, mais cela ne pose pas de problème avec les nombreux parking. Cosimo est un hôte attentif et de bon conseil. Une très bonne adresse à retenir.

Jan è una persona eccezionale. Molto educata, ordinata, attenta e pulita. Se anche volessi è impossibile trovare un difetto. L'appartamento il giorno del check-out è stato lasciato perfettamente pulito ed ordinato. Sarà un piacere per me ospitarlo ancora e comunque consiglio a tutti di ospitarlo.
