At the foot of the slopes, beautiful duplex, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6, 7th floor, parking

Very nice apartment equipped for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms / shower. Located in the heart of the resort and at the foot of the slopes.
On the 7th floor, facing south-west, with a balcony which offers a splendid view of the village and the slopes.

The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen area with dining room and a bathroom with WC on the ground floor. On the 1st floor: a bathroom with WC and two bedrooms: a mezzanine bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom with a trundle bed (2 80 cm beds) and above a mezzanine with a 140 bed cm.

The ski locker on the ground floor of the building gives direct access to the slopes and the kindergarten. ESF, SPA with swimming pool and shops nearby. Possibility to rent a space in a covered car park with direct access to the building.

Sadly this is our final stay here for skiing at half term… We’ve been lucky enough to stay here for the last 6 years though, as it is the perfect location for the high ski school drop off points. Now both kids have graduated from ESF, it’s time for us to spread our wings… Didier & Marie have been brilliant hosts. The apartment is typical of the resort, in that is compact and functional for 6 people. The master double room being reserved for Nan & Grandad when they joined us, and my wife and I were happy on the 2 x single beds on those occasions. I’ll happily come back again once we’ve scratched the itch of trying somewhere new though.

Nice accommodation

We where a little unlucky that some of the facilities around the apartment (like the elevator) where out off service during our stay. The facilities seem a little dated, but it wasn't a really big for us.Having said that the apartment itself was very nice, with a good location wrt to ski-slopes and city center. Communication with both he check-in service and the apartment owner where clear and friendly.We had a great time.

Notre avis, l’appartement en lui-même est bien mais malheureusement le nettoyage n’avait pas été fait laissant cet appartement dans un état de négligence avancé.À notre arrivée après un très long voyage, nous avons dû nettoyer à fond, le frigo, les armoires, le bac à couverts et les assiettes… quelqu’un n’a visiblement pas fait son travail, de plus nous n’avons pas été écouté ni entendu lorsque le service de conciergerie nous a presque menacé parce que nous avions émis une plainte, très certainement justifiée à cet égard. Drôle de comité d’accueil…!Nous avons également dû acheter de notre poche et remplacer des ampoules sur diverses lampes pour obtenir un éclairage correct dans plusieurs pièces.Il n’y pas eu non plus d’état des lieux que nous avions demandé à notre arrivée, les concierges ne se sont jamais présentés.D’ailleurs nous avons envoyé des photos de l’état des pièces à notre arrivée, chez Abritel et chez la propriétaire.Ceci ne remet pas en cause la participation de Abritel dans cette affaire et nous ne dirions pas non pour une nouvelle réservation via votre agence.Cordialement.

Séjour Plagne

Procédure d’arrivée inexistante , impossible de joindre la propriétaire , une boîte à clé et débrouillez vous….La propreté de l’appartement est moyenne, oreiller taché avec du sang, pelle et balayette cassée , cafetière cassée , grilles vmc jamais nettoyées ….au prix de la location on aurait apprécié que les draps et serviettes soient fournis et qu’il y ait au moins une bouteille d’eau ou de vin au frigo pour l’accueil…Pas de wifi non plus…Et pour le prix le parking n’est pas compris non plus ….jai appelé la conciergerie pour notre heure de depart et récupérer la caution….mais jamais personne ne nous a répondu ou contacté….drole de façon de procéder ….

Un appartement bien placé au pied des pistes

Une belle semaine à Belle plagne! Appartement bien placé et agréable avec 2 salles de bain, ce qui est appréciable! Les éclairages et la cuisine mériteraient d’être améliorés , L’annonce devrait toutefois préciser que la mezzanine de la deuxième chambre est vraiment sous le toit avec un escalier assez raide et qu’on n’y tient pas assis.

Overall lovely apartment, owner extremely helpful during covid uncertainty and gave us options, but we were very glad we could go in the end. 4 adults and 2 kids, we had enough space. Beds comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. Linen ready and waiting. Easy access to boot room from slopes. It is the high side of resort so we found it easier going up the arpette lift and skiing back to apartment rather than walking up the steps! 2 bathrooms made getting us all ready very easy. Kitchen had lots of equipment, could have maybe done with a few more plates so we didn’t have to have the dishwasher on all the time. Would stay there again. Thank you

Appartement très bien agencé, optimisé. Bien équipé , nous étions 6 personnes. La wifi serait appréciable pour les ados, mais rien de problématique bien entendu ! Écourtée à cause du covid mais expérience parfaite

Marie a été une hôte exemplaire. En effet nous avons voulu passer une semaine dans son charmant appartement qui est d’ailleurs très fonctionnel et très bien aménagé. Nous avons cependant dû écourter notre séjour à cause du covid et Marie a fait preuve d’une humanité et gentillesse sans faille puisque l’intégralité du séjour nous a été remboursé . Nous pouvons également évoquer la gentillesse et la souplesse dont a fait preuve la personne qui nous a donné les clés sur place . En bref , je recommande à 1000% et je reviendrai sans aucun doute l’année prochaine

A 4 adultes et 2salles d’eau, c’est un vrai plaisir. L’accueil de Françoise parfait, personne d’une grande gentillesse. Et l’appartement bien équipé jusqu’au sèche cheveux. Il n’y a rien à redire. A recommander.
