On the cliff of Trestraou beach, this house, dating from 1910, completely renovated, facing west, enjoys a superb view of the pink granite coast and the Seven Islands. Charm, comfort, with its fireplace and large rooms. Beach access.

The villa offers large volumes and all the amenities for an unforgettable stay. You will live to the rhythm of an ever-changing sea spectacle, from sunrise to sunset, comfortably installed in the Sun-deck, on the garden terrace or the first floor terrace overlooking the sea.

The authentic Breton furniture and the fireplace create a soft and warm atmosphere.
Modern facilities ensure a comfortable stay: dishwashing and washing machines, tumble dryers, espresso coffee machines (kitchen and master suite), classic ovens and microwaves, broadband Internet in all rooms, 2 TVs and 2 DVD players. Your pet is welcome!

Das Haus von Jacques und Chantal ist grossartig. Es ist komplett mit viel Charme eingerichtet und wirkt so, als ob die Besitzer es gerade erst verlassen haben. Es ist genau so wie auf den Fotos - nur die Katze fehlt :-). Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Blick aufs Meer ist bei jedem Wetter atemberaubend und wir haben ihn jeden Tag sehr genossen. Der Zugang zum Haus hat viele Stufen und auch an den Strand gelangt man nur, wenn man gut zu Fuss ist. In Laufweite gibt es viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Jacques war für unsere Fragen jederzeit zur Stelle und hat immer schnell und äusserst freundlich geantwortet. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

La villa "Awel Mor" (vent de la mer) a une excellente situation près de la mer et des plages, toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied. Une vue époustouflante est omniprésente. L'immeuble de plus de 100 ans a gardé tout son charme, bien que adapté à une vie de plaisirs vacanciers avec une belle terrasse, un sauna et des jeux pour enfants. L'équipement est valable et une décoration marine fait rêver d'aventures, de découvertes et de souvenirs de jeunesse. En résumé: des vacances réussies.

Magnifique propriété

Si, comme nous, lorsque vous vous promenez sur les plages de cette région, les belles maisons construites sur les falaises vous font rêver, alors cette location est pour vous. Superbe maison, en tout point conforme à la description, vue imprenable sur la plage de Trestraou et sur les 7 iles. Et un grand merci à Jacques pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. En résumé, un gros coup de coeur ! NB : accès déconseillé pour les PMR

Beautiful views!

The house leaves you breathless with the view. Our group was able to dream and enjoy looking out at the sea - day after day. It makes you wish for more vacation to appreciate more sea and sky! The central location also can’t be beat - between going to the market and the beach - easy walks!

Traumhaft schön gelegenes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem schönen alten Haus der Gründerzeit-Epoche mit traumafter Lage oberhalb des Strandes "Trestraou" von Perros-Guirec sehr genossen. Geweckt von der Meeresbrandung am Morgen, Blick auf das Meer beim Frühstück im Wintergarten und beim Abendessen. Mittags einen Kaffee auf der Terasse im Garten oder auf dem Balkon. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Sehr schön gestalteter Garten, allerdings mit jede Menge Treppenstufen vom Hauseingang bis zur oberhalb gelegenen Sackgasse mit Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus.

Brilliant location!

Cracking sea views, close to the best sandy beach AND the town centre. Lovely part of Brittany. Table in the conservatory is a perfect spot for large family meals. You need to be able to handle steps! There are about 50 up from the front door to the road, then a few metres along and down 120 or so to the beach. The house is four storeys and is very quirky.
