La villa "Awel Mor" (vent de la mer) a une excellente situation près de la mer et des plages, toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied. Une vue époustouflante est omniprésente. L'immeuble de plus de 100 ans a gardé tout son charme, bien que adapté à une vie de plaisirs vacanciers avec une belle terrasse, un sauna et des jeux pour enfants. L'équipement est valable et une décoration marine fait rêver d'aventures, de découvertes et de souvenirs de jeunesse. En résumé: des vacances réussies.

Magnifique propriété

Si, comme nous, lorsque vous vous promenez sur les plages de cette région, les belles maisons construites sur les falaises vous font rêver, alors cette location est pour vous. Superbe maison, en tout point conforme à la description, vue imprenable sur la plage de Trestraou et sur les 7 iles. Et un grand merci à Jacques pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. En résumé, un gros coup de coeur ! NB : accès déconseillé pour les PMR

Beautiful views!

The house leaves you breathless with the view. Our group was able to dream and enjoy looking out at the sea - day after day. It makes you wish for more vacation to appreciate more sea and sky! The central location also can’t be beat - between going to the market and the beach - easy walks!

Traumhaft schön gelegenes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem schönen alten Haus der Gründerzeit-Epoche mit traumafter Lage oberhalb des Strandes "Trestraou" von Perros-Guirec sehr genossen. Geweckt von der Meeresbrandung am Morgen, Blick auf das Meer beim Frühstück im Wintergarten und beim Abendessen. Mittags einen Kaffee auf der Terasse im Garten oder auf dem Balkon. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Sehr schön gestalteter Garten, allerdings mit jede Menge Treppenstufen vom Hauseingang bis zur oberhalb gelegenen Sackgasse mit Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus.

Brilliant location!

Cracking sea views, close to the best sandy beach AND the town centre. Lovely part of Brittany. Table in the conservatory is a perfect spot for large family meals. You need to be able to handle steps! There are about 50 up from the front door to the road, then a few metres along and down 120 or so to the beach. The house is four storeys and is very quirky.
