The house is ideal both for relaxing but also as a starting point for visiting the Tuscan beauties.
The apartment is all developed on the ground floor and consists of: kitchen complete with all comforts (oven and stove with gas burners, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine), spacious living / dining area and bright with TV, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower and all services. Inside the property there is a free parking area, a large garden with deck chairs and sun loungers, a gazebo and a BBQ for relaxing and fun moments to spend with friends.

Il Montagnolo Apartment - Al Vecchio Fico is located along the Via Francigena, the ancient road passes right in front of the house and is located just 5 km from the center of Lucca, in a convenient position to reach the other historic cities of Tuscany such as Pisa, Florence and Siena (specifically: Florence is 80 km away, Pisa 20 km, loc. Abetone 70 km, Garfagnana 40 km, Siena 145 km).
Just 30 minutes away are Viareggio, with its famous carnival and Forte dei Marmi, with its shops, while 4 minutes away is the Serchio river where you can go for walks on foot or by bicycle.
A few minutes (about 25) is the Torre del Lago Puccini resort where, during the months of July and August, the famous Puccini festival takes place in the enchanting atmosphere of Lake Massaciuccoli.
The apartment is in an excellent position to reach the Lucca Comics & Games event which takes place in the first days of November and the famous Lucca Summer Festival which takes place in the months of June and July.
