It offers a spectacular sea view to the gulf of Mirabello. It is located within a large garden overlooking the big blue. There is ample space around the villa for relaxation or even lunch on the stone benches under the shade of trees, infront of the big blue of the golf of Mirambello. The house has been renovated with refined taste . All visitors have full access to our garden and the surrounding area and are welcomed to use it. We welcome them and expect them to be careful and tidy with gardens and exteriors. A garbage tin has been placed 30 metres from the entrance of the complex. The villa is standing exactly opposite to the bus station of Agios Nikolaos-Kalo Chorio offering easy access within minutes to the sandy beaches of "Voulisma" and "Istron".
