Living4Malaga property management was 5 star - very helpful and prompt! The property and the description not quite so: located on a narrow busy throughway and with one bar right across, the other 2 houses down, which opened at 11pm, closed at 2 am and patrons coming out in groups to smoke and chatter, sleep was not easy to come by. The bathroom door could only be closed by slamming one's bode onto it and the mold in the grout of the shower and surrounding the bath tub was uninviting. The apartment overall was fairly nice, well kept and sufficiently equiped to make for a comfortable stay.

A perfect apartment

This apartment was perfect, just what we expected. It is near to the beach and very near to all the restaurants and shops. The contact with Livin4malaga was easy and they answered all our questions fast. We will be back and why not to this apartment.

Better than expected

Everything was as it should be. Being North American, we were weary of the What's App communication but this is a legit business withbreal humans who answer your email and whats app messages promptly. Carmen and Dmytri were super helpful and available for questions. The location was also ideal and amenities made it easy to eat and cook at home. Very relieved and impressed with the place and service!

I thank Laura, Giulia, and Dmytro from Livin4Malaga for their availability and assistance during the stay. The apartment was clean and matched the description, although there was a strong smell of spices in the building. The living room and kitchen were adequate, the bathroom had a bidet and a bathtub, but the sink faucet was inconvenient. The bedroom was comfortable, but the poor soundproofing of the windows caused nighttime noise from the bar across the street. Additionally, there was a water leak from the air conditioner that was not resolved during the stay, despite reporting it. I consider the experience positive, although imperfect.

Heerlijk verblijf in hartje Malaga

Een geweldig appartement in het centrum. Dichtbij alles. Hou er wel rekening mee dat dit ook veel uitgaanspubliek betekend. De hele nacht is het rumoerig en dat hoor je binnen. Appartement was uitstekend voorzien van alles, goede bedden en kussen. Ruime keuken.
