The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 spacious double rooms and one twin bedded room. There is also a second shower room located between the second double bedroom and twin room.The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and double french doors accessing the pool area, and also has a TV and Dvd player. There is a well equipped kitchen with oven , hob , fridge freezer, dishwasher etc and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The dining sitting area is very well furnished with and and TV channels including BBC1, BBC 2, ITV, CH4 etc. You will also find plenty of DVD's to suit all the family. Outside there is a Gazebo with table and chairs for al fresco dining, sun loungers, breakfast bar, BBQ and not forgetting the walk -in heated swimming pool . The property is not overlooked and makes for a throughly relaxing holiday

The property is fantastic , it was a home from home with everything you could need, 5 minutes from shops and a further 5min to the beautiful beach which has loads of restaurants. The property manager was available for any queries and was very helpful. I can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay, one word sums it up , MAGIC loved every minute .

Winter Break

Really enjoyed our week here. The house is ideally located to visit the sights of the island and convenient for shopping and restaurants. We did struggle to find it initially but that was because we were trusting Google Maps rather than using Richard's excellent directions! Thanks also to Michelle who promptly responded to any questions we had.

Lovely property however it would be helpful to be more specific re the walk to it from the centre. 2 members of our party are older and one has mobility issues. If we had realised the elevation, we would not have booked it. I appreciate to some it would not be an issue but people with mobility issues should be aware.

Relaxing stay

We stayed here for two weeks in March and can definitely recommend this property for a quiet and relaxing time. The villa has everything you need to be able to easily stay at home and cook if you didn't want to go out every day. The villa has plenty of space for a family with three bedrooms and a large lounge/diner. The property manager was very helpful and prompt to respond to any queries. We would definitely return.

The pictures do not do it justice. The villa has everything you could possibly need. It is done out very tastefully and is close to bars and restaurants. Only down side is we have to leave.

Fabulous villa inside and out. Pool warm, summer house great idea. BBQ utilised frequently. Facilities inside amazing. Lots of kitchen equipment , everything there we required. Quiet area , but just a stroll to all amenities on offer. Would definitely stay here again.

beautiful Villa

The villa was very clean and comfy, very airy and spacious. Lovely french doors onto the patio and pool area, same with Lounge, nice walk in, heated pool, clean, and safe. very peaceful area, 15 mins walk into the main plaza, and same to shopping centre, taxi from plaza around £4. great to have a laundry area and hang washing out, a plenty of sunbeds and covers, . Bbq area and sheltered dining area. kitchen well equipped, dishwasher was a bonus! lol. No water filter, but SPAR only 8 mins away. Beds were firm but comfy, nice ceiling fans too. lots of storage space. Host is so nice, always pleasant and nothing is too much trouble, Michelle the housekeeper is lovely, friendly and informative, she bore our directional challenges with great patience! pool guy is lovely too. An amazing and relaxing stay, will definitely be staying again, as frequent visitors to Costa Teguise, we highly recommend this villa.

We had a lovely stay in this villa. Quiet location but only a 10-15 min walk into the town with a supermarket a 5 min walk away. We are cyclists so we came for that reason. I enjoy a lot of smoothies and asked if there was a smoothie maker at the villa. The owner said one would be there for us and to my surprise there was a new one! I felt bad because I would not have expected a host to go to special trouble but just goes to show the extra mile they went too. I had several delicious summer smoothies! Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We weren’t lucky with the weather. A lot of rain and the utility room had a bad leak. I text the property manager but didn’t get a response but she knocked with the cleaning lady to say it would be fixed. A cleaning lady came mid stay to change our sheets and towels which was nice. The only comment I would say re this was just to be told when this would happen because we could have made ourselves scarce. Swimming pool was nice but only used it a couple of times because the weather was not good. Bed was really comfy which was important for me as I’m recovering from a broken back. The en suite and bathroom were very nice and showers hot and powerful. Plenty of books and DVDs to choose from and lounge was super comfy. Overall, a great villa but just a shame we were so unlucky with the weather. Would definitely recommend for families or couples as it’s quiet and close to the town, beach and restaurants.

Nous avons passés 15 jours super dans la villa.Celle ci se trouve dans un quartier calme mais proche du centre et des plages.L'impression à l'arrivée est au dessus de ce que rendent les photos de l'annonce.La maison est meublée et décorée avec gout.Malgré une météo pas très favorable nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée.Mais le plus important est la qualité de la gestionnaire MICHELLE qui a été géniale tout au long de notre séjour, et notamment pendant les inondations du 12 Avril.Hyper réactive lors de nos échanges par messages et très sympathique lorsque nous l'avons rencontrée, un vrai plus.Nous reviendrons certainement lors de nos nombreux séjours à Costa Teguise.CordialementJean-Loup et Christine.We spent 15 wonderful days in the villa. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the center and the beaches. The impression upon arrival exceeds what the photos in the listing show. The house is furnished and decorated with taste. Despite somewhat unfavorable weather, we were able to enjoy the heated pool. But the most important thing is the quality of the manager MICHELLE, who was amazing throughout our stay, especially during the floods on April 12th. She was super responsive during our message exchanges and very friendly when we met her, a real plus. We've just returned from a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it, the pictures don't really do the villa justice, it seemed much more spacious. There's plenty do do at the villa and close by, with a short walk to the nearest beach / bars. Would recommend.

We have been on holiday to this location before so already know it’s a lovely place to go, the villa is a lovely place but it wasn’t very clean when we arrived, some of the lights and sockets weren’t working/working properly and the tv signal didn’t work as the cable was hanging out of the wall, the light in the pool was also hanging off floating around the pool, the wifi didn’t work very well at all, also on our last full day we went out for the day to return to the pool cover closed and the pool stinking of chlorine when we were planning on going in it was very disappointing, we understand the pool had to be cleaned at some point but the timing of it could have been different, overall stay was good

Families Holiday

We have recently returned from a lovely holiday at this villa, The villa itself is superb a real home from home with lovely pool and outdoor space which we used daily, The area is very quiet but only a short walk from bars and restaurants and the beach there is a supermarket about 5 mins walk away, The communication with the owners was fantastic both Richard and Lorraine answered any questions very quickly which was really appreciated and helpful, would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Perfect family villa

This is a fantastic villa in a quiet and peaceful location but still close enough to the beach, seafront promenade and plenty of restaurants that our 4 year-old could manage the walk quite easily. The property is comfortable, clean and well-equipped and contained everything that we needed for a wonderful family holiday. The outdoor area is sheltered from the breeze and is a great place to catch the sun and the heated pool is the perfect way to cool down.. Richard was really helpful dealing with queries via email and we would definitely return to this property in the future.

Can’t wait to go again!

I want to thank the owners for our relaxing week over Christmas in their home. They always kept in touch and answered any questions we had. The place was clean and comfy, not too far from the airport and supermarkets and restaurants and the lovely beach were within walking distance-even for an elderly family member with a walking stick! I would definitely go again and highly recommend it xx

Excellent Villa!

We had an amazing time at this villa. The Villa was lovely and clean, and we arrived to find a welcome pack, Inc a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. The travel cot and high chair had also been set up for us. The Villa is located in a quiet area. It's a short walk to a Spar supermarket and around a ten minute walk to the main area. There are lots of lovely beaches and restaurants to choose from in the local area. The villa had good wifi, the outside area was good and the pool a nice size for my children. I'd most certainly return to this villa in the future.
