Buena ubicación pero necesita modernización
El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y cuenta con plaza de garage. La comunicación con la dueña fue buena y respondió a nuestras preguntas de manera adecuada. Sin embargo, la vivienda necesita de una remodelación y modernización general para hacerla segura y cómoda: enchufes con cables expuestos, plancha mostrando cables pelados, muy poca presión en duchas, calefacción y agua caliente no siempre disponibles (pasamos frío), decoración muy deteriorada.

Finde semana espectacular con amigas
Recomendamos la casa si vais a pasar unos días en Valladolid, Pilar es súper atenta y os va aconsejar de muchos sitios para visitar y comer, la casa estaba limpia y esta muy bien ubicada, al centro de Valladolid se tardaba 10-15 minutos caminando, el parking que tiene es otra de las ventajas a destacar, te despreocupas de estar moviendo el coche a nosotras no nos hizo falta moverlo para nada, como he comentado antes la casa esta muy bien ubicada.
