FOOTBALL WEEKEND GET-A-WAY - with outdoor space to die for.

This spacious home is the perfect setting for any ND football game! There is plenty of room for the ND enthusiasts coming together to cheer cheer her name. (We accept fans of other teams as well ;) Two fireplaces to catch up over a glass of wine as you bundle up for the big game. Updated everything; hardwood flooring throughout, new bathrooms with beautiful tile work, gorgeous functional mudroom that enters into modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a huge island to gather around. There are 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath with open concept kitchen/dining/family room that walks out to a beautiful patio overlooking nature at its finest. A large living room with a second fireplace on main level allows for gatherings for cards/board games or just quiet catching up. An unparalleled weekend experience as it sits on 1.5 acres with a creek. It's the perfect location for unwinding after your daily activities. There is plenty of room to run around, toss a football, or enjoy an evening fire outside! 30 minute walk through campus to stadium gates! (or 8 minute walk to White Fields (Blue Lot) shuttle that transports to library for 5 minute walk to stadium gates). Comfortably sleeps 11 with ability to sleep another 4 if request air mattress. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 double over double bunk bed and one twin. No more than 16 people at/in the house at any one time please. All linens provided as well as kitchen necessities.

REMINDER - we have two dogs (allergies beware) and two little boys. This is our family home and thus general wear and tear from a fun loving home exists!! It is professionally cleaned before every stay.

This property is well appointed and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The space is perfect for family gatherings with great indoor and outdoor spaces to socialize. Beautiful house and property. We went for the game but enjoyed hanging out in the yard. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. The owner was great and communicating and made sure if we needed anything she was there for us.

Beautiful house & great backyard

We were in town for a wedding. Communication with Nate & Mandy was seamless and they were prompt. House was great for our group and close to Notre Dame campus. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent home for an ND football weekend

We had a wonderful time at Nate and Mandy’s place. It was very clean, looked as expected in the listing, and plenty of space for our entire group. The check-in/check-out process was extremely easy and the hosts were very accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay (beds, towels, tailgate equipment, permits to get back to the house post-game). Definitely hope to stay here again, thank you for having us!

Great house for a wedding weekend.

Fabulous property! This home is walking distance to campus and has every amenity you could want for a fun day of tailgating! Tons of space for your entire crew and a park like backyard to enjoy burgers on the grill! Homeowners are very responsive and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again.

ND/OSU football weekend

Great property for ND football weekend. We were in town for the ND/Ohio State game. This property is perfect for groups that have children/teens. Great backyard with plenty of room to play. We will certainly stay here again on a ND football weekend!

Amazing ND football weekend

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in this home. It was perfect for our group of adults, and Nate and Mandy were thoughtful, generous, and lovely hosts! We loved hanging out in the backyard and cooking out on the patio. I wouldn’t change a thing and I definitely hope to be back for another epic ND football weekend soon!

Perfect Graduation Weekend

We had a great time celebrating our 2020 ND graduate a couple years late! Mandy and Nate were so accommodating when planning our trip. The property is beautiful and scenic. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We will definitely recommend this house to friends.

Beautiful home close to ND

Our group of 10 stayed here for the Navy game last weekend and we could not have had a better stay. Communication with Nate was quick & easy and the home is clean & beautiful. Upon arrival we were welcomed with specialty ND cookies (nice touch!) Very spacious and perfect for family & friends to gather We didn't have time to use the fire pit out back, but hopefully next time. Would highly recommend staying here!!!

This home is perfectly located within walking distance to Notre Dame campus! They have supplied everything you need for an awesome campus tailgate! Perfect Notre Dame Stay

I can not say enough about the hospitality offered and provided by this renter. The location was very convenient for activities on campus and at the house with our ND sophomore and his friends. The tailgate supplies that were offered; tent, coolers, chairs, etc... were great and fully enjoyed on game day. The house is very comfortable and inviting for any gathering. It was very clean and nicely appointed with fresh new linens in all rooms, water bottles in the fridge, and a wonderful information binder about the house and the South Bend area. I highly recommend this home for your ND stay!!

Perfect home for a Notre Dame Football weekend

We were a group of eleven, including a baby. The house layout was great with lots of common space and seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and Mandy paid attention to every detail. She even provided two pack snd plays, high chairs snd even toys for the baby. The big screen TVs were great with YouTube TV, Apple TV and other apps. I really can’t think of one thing that wasn’t perfect. We will be back!!

Best Notre Dame Weekend House

We love this house! We found this gem on VRBO my son’s freshman year and booked for a football game. I think we’ve seen it at least once every year since then and just used it for graduation! This is the perfect house for a fun relaxing weekend with a group. It has an awesome yard with a relaxing party layout. Grills, loungers, ect! The yard is huge! This property is also close to the campus. We have walked to games many of times and it saves a ton of headache with parking! Neighborhood is quiet and pretty. Four bedrooms and all spacious and the bathrooms are nice with everything you would need! The decor and layout of this home make it special! All Notre Dame and a fun split level that gives everyone thier space and place to watch all the sports!

Don't Rent like a Champion, rent from Mandy

We had a great time for the ND/Texas game. Everything was as described. We took advantage of the tailgating equipment, parking passes, and extra tickets. The house was close and a fun place to hang out prior to the game. We even went to campus early, back to the house, then back to campus for the game. All of the home improvements were great. We had 2 families with kids ages 13-5. After some of our group left game early, we took the shuttle and walked from White field without a problem. Would recommend to anyone who would like more space than a hotel would have to offer and we will be back. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions including while we were there.

Wonderful Family Place

We were here for a sisters weekend with a cookout on Saturday afternoon for the rest of the family who wanted to make the drive. So, Dad, all siblings (sans youngest brother) and some nephews and mates made for a great time!! We loved the setup. We all sat outside (very comfy patio seating) until dinner was grilled, when we all moved indoors to feast and eat. I should've take a picture of the huge island that held the food, it was an assembly line. Then we ALL sat down at 1 table and ate and talked for a couple hours, with some additional late arrivals. Then, all us girls had our own rooms, and there was a living room, den and the patio and yard with more spaces to retreat. Which we did as well for some personal time. I took the dog for a walk down the lovely street. Love the houses, beautiful!!

Perfect for our group

We came to South Bend for a wedding and stayed at Nate and Mandy’s home. It was perfect for our group of 8 adults. They were prompt and helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. Their house was the perfect place to catch up with family and friends as we went back and forth for the wedding activities in and around Notre Dame campus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend their home for anyone else.
