TURTLE COVE WATERFRONT APARTMENT
Charming 2 bedroom apartment located above our restaurant. Has a large deck overlooking the Little Sodus Bay with a view of Lake Ontario. The apartment has an open room design that includes a kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and living room area design. The kitchen includes a gas stove, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, etc. Each bedroom has a queen bed, bunk bed and good size closet. There is a good size bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment has Cable TV, air conditioners in the living room and each bedroom. Has access to WIFI. Turtle Cove supplies pillows & bedspreads ONLY. Guest bring their own sheets, pillow cases, blankets and bathroom towels & linens.
IN SEASON RATES- $145/Night OR $895/Week (Memorial Day- Labor Day Weekends).
OFF SEASON RATES- $125/Night OR $795/Week.

Great Relaxing Small Town Getaway

Had a great time relaxing at the large apartment over the Turtle Cove Restaurant. Brian is a great host, attentive and responsive and alot of fun to talk to. The property itself was great, with a great balcony view over the cove... and with a full restaurant and bar downstairs it was immensely convenient to grab a fresh coffee in the morning or beer after a long day visiting the family. I'll definitely be staying there again!!!

Beautiful view

Owners were very nice they gave us a free round of drinks. We usually camp at the park but it was full. We were lucky to find this place the view was beautiful and its very accommodating as the restaurant is right down stores. The food was great and bar was open until midnight. They had a band and we could sit on the deck and listen. We will definitely rent again.

Don’t go there!!

There was a beautiful view but that is the only good thing. There was no proper way to lock the door. A padlock was used for the outside and the only way you had to lock the door from the inside was a piece of wood that fit poorly into the base of the sliding door. The apartment was disgustingly dirty. We left after only one night there.

Great weekend in Turtle Cove

The family and I had a wonderful time. The views were spectacular the owner was accommodating and greeted us with a handshake and a gift card for the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we're hoping to come back again soon

Living "above" Turtle Cove

Such a great vacation spot. You actually live in a laarge apartment above Turtle Cove itself. It appearss as though you are right over the water and the views from the large open porch are spectcular. Your restaurant (with great food) is iterally right under your feet. All in all - spectacular!

Surprised to see this location as still listed and supported can't be the only family to book sight unseen then horrified with the conditons. Completely ruined our trip horrible dirty cabin #2 with broken entry steps and front door, place was not as represented by the pics for me my husband and 3yr old son, grounds dirty goose droppings everywhere very unsanitary. Called ahead and was told the place had A/C and TV no one pointed out they were on site but not working. This place promotes a nice story book setting that does not match the experience..

we love fair haven,

We stayed at the Snapper Cottage for a week.It was a very peaceful, wonderful time. We ate the restaurant - the food was delicious. My son and his wife stayed here also and they are coming back next year.

My family has had a cottage in Fair Haven for over 30 years. We love Fair Haven so much that we purchased this resort and marina in 2014 and after major renovations opened it in May of 2015. This has become a family business with my wife and two sons working in the restaurant. We enjoy fishing, water sports, golf and wine & beer tasting. We are continuing to upgrade the facility in an effort to make it one of the nicest resorts in the area. Our family splits time between our home in Fair Haven and West Chester, PA. We are excited that our oldest son while be attending the Rochester Institue of Technology in Rochester NY which is only and hour a way from Turtle Cove.

Why they chose this property

This Resort has a lot to offer, from a full service restaurant and bar that has live music Thursday- Sunday during the season. An apartment with breathtaking waterfront view to rustic cabins and a cute cottage. There are boat slips available and a free public boast launch. It's walking distance to Coloca Winery and just a few miles to beaches, a state park and 18hole golf course. Turtle Cove sits on the shore of Little Sodus Bay and Lake Ontario. The fishing is fantastic. Little Sodus Bay has tons of bass, perch and pike. There is easy access to the southern shore of Lake Ontario which is a world class fishery for King Salmon, Brown Trout and Coho, just to name a few. There is plenty of room for all types of waterspouts and there are boat rentals nearby. Located less then an hours drive from both Syracuse and Rochester, NY and only a 1/2 hour from Oswego, NY.

Full Service Seasonal Restaurant and Bar specializing in feel good American food including Thursday night wing night, Fish Fry Fridays, Prime Rib on Saturday and breakfast on the weekends. Live Music Thursday-Sunday. Please check website for restaurant hours.
