About this property

HOUSE MILA - SUNSHINE

The house is a two-room apartment with a large green veranda around it.
We have a vineyard where we can collect good grapes.
The area's breezy climate and the spectacular sunset do the rest.

Roccabianca is located in the northern part of Sardinia, 8 km from the tourist center of Castelsardo. The territory in which we find ourselves is called "Romangia", a slightly hilly area, declining right on the Gulf of Asinara, a very fishy sea, ideal for marine fishing enthusiasts as well as offering a coastline of over 18 km of sand for swimming. Access to the sea is "free" and in many places there are parking spaces and minimal facilities for refreshment, relaxation and entertainment. Half of the coast behind the beaches is an extensive pine forest. Excursions can also be organized to archaeological and particularly scenic sites, that of the Asinara island national park above all.

Belle location, tranquille et bien placée.

Location très fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire, belle terrasse avec vue mer, jardin et grands espaces. Très calme. Propriétaires très sympathiques qui nous ont donné de nombreuses informations sur les sites à voir dans la région. Belles plages accessibles en voiture avec parking gratuits pour la plupart. La location est proches et facile d'accès des sites touristiques de CastelSardo, du Parc national de l'île d'Asinara.

Fantastico

Ho soggiornato per una settimana con la mia ragazza, a cavallo tra la prima e la seconda settimana di agosto 2017. La casa era perfetta, tutto nuovissimo, dagli interni all'arredamento, fino alla veranda con giardino. Inoltre, gode di tutti i comfort necessari, la cucina è dotata di ogni elettrodomestico. Sì può godere di una vista invidiabile sul golfo dell'Asinara, da non perdere il tramonto direttamente sul mare. Il luogo è tranquillissimo, una pace difficilmente rinvenibile in altri luoghi in Sardegna, specie la sera. Roccabianca gode di una posizione strategica ed invidiabile. È possibile raggiungere le spiagge più belle del nord Sardegna, nonché i paesi e le città migliori in pochissimo tempo. Per quanto riguarda l'organizzazione del soggiorno è stata perfetta: siamo stati subito accolti con grande gentilezza e calore, ci sono state fornite tutte le spiegazioni del caso e nel giro di neanche un quarto d'ora dal nostro arrivo eravamo già in grado di orientarci perfettamente nei dintorni. Inoltre, la casa è dotata di una guida sui luoghi di interesse - spiagge, paesi, ristoranti - con tanto di commenti, distanza in km e tempi di percorrenza. La guida è disponibile anche in inglese e tedesco. In ultimo, ma non da ultimo, la grandissima disponibilità e cortesia di tutto lo staff, che ci ha fornito un supporto costante per qualsiasi tipo di problematica. Davvero professionali! Riassumendo: un soggiorno da 10 e lode, straconsigliato, difficile trovare di meglio! Non resta che prenotare, godervi l'ottimo vino prodotto in loco, che può essere acquistato a prezzi davvero competitivi, e tutta la bellezza di Roccabianca!

Relax nel verde

Se state cercando un posto dove rilassarvi nel mezzo di un vigneto e vedere dei fantastici tramonti, questo è il posto giusto. Ho trascorso una settimana presso Roccabianca e direi che è stato un perfetto punto di appoggio per vedere le spiagge del Nord della Sardegna. La disponibilità dei padroni, sempre a disposizione per ogni suggerimento e l’accoglienza della casa hanno fatto il resto. Assolutamente consigliato.

Relax!!!!

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana presso una delle casette dell'azienda agricola Roccabianca. Il personale molto cortese e disponibile, il posto è veramente incantevole a soli due passi dal mare e dal centro storico di Castelsardo. La casa piccola ma moderna, dotata di tv, lavatrice (mai usata!!!) , ventilatore.. Forse, l'unica pecca, sono le varie ragnatele trovate dietro le stradio, sedie e vasi del giardino. A parte questo, ci ritornerei una seconda volta. Il posto è magico, silenzioso e rilassante.
