Nicely furnished two-room apartment, in a quiet residence located within a pine and juniper forest that extends to the long sandy beach which is accessed via a private walkway (3 minutes on foot).
The apartment is equipped with every comfort: large living room with sofa bed (double and / or single), living room with spacious kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and wardrobes, bathroom with shower.
The terrace, ideal place for al fresco dinners, overlooks the vast Mediterranean scrub, and is equipped with outdoor furniture and awning.
Parking space inside the park of the residence (equipped with automatic gate).
The apartment is equipped with new appliances: fridge with freezer, washing machine, electric oven, electric broom, television, iron with ironing board, fan, water reserve and landline telephone.

Camilla host meravigliosa ! La casa perfetta, pulizia impeccabile e dotata di TUTTO! La posizione strategica consente visite e spostamenti nelle zone più "famose" ma anche di raggiungere una splendida spiaggia, enorme, quella di Platamona a piedi !! Veramente felici di essere stati qui !

Schöner Aufenthalt

Schönes Appartment mit allem was man braucht. Eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und reibungslose Kommunikation. Das Haus und die Wohnanlage sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. WLAN und eine Klimaanlage für den Sommer wären tolle Ergänzungen. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Das Appartement liegt fußläufig an einem langen schönen Strand.

Tolle Wohnung am Strand

Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit vielen schönen Eindrücken. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Aber vor allem liegt sie an einem sehr schönen Strand. Man kann wunderbar Städte-, Strand- und auch Shoppingausflüge unternehmen , was mit Auto problemlos ist. Und den Abend am Strand beim wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang ausklingen lassen. Auch die nahen Restaurants sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung von nur weiterempfehlen. Dankeschön an Mariella und Camilla

Appartamento pulito e ben organizzato. Siamo stati bene. Posizione comoda per spostarsi in varie parti della Sardegna. In 5 minuti sei a porto Torres. Spiaggia a 3 minuti a piedi, molto pulita è servita da un bar niente male. Posto molto tranquillo. Indipendentemente dalla voglia di guidare questo appartamento ti da la possibilità di visitare altri posti della Sardegna non tanto distanti ma anche di godersi il mare a pochi passi. Unica pecca è che un tempo intorno al residence c’erano molte più attività aperte con il tempo hanno chiuso. Ma questo non significa che non sia servito. A due minuti di macchina c’è farmacia, market, bar e ristoranti. Viaggiato con bambino piccolo di un anno. Siamo stati bene

Piccolo appartamento vicino al mare che è facilmente raggiungibile passando la pineta che si trova di fronte.Se desideri una vacanza lontano dal caos della città, in piena tranquillità, questo è il posto giusto !

Cette résidence semble dater des années 1970 le seul point positif est la relative proximité de la plage une climatisation serait la bien venue dans le logement qui est très bien équipé quant à l'accueil il est parfait nous avons passé plusieurs nuit sans dormir à cause de la chaleur la voiture est absolument nécessaire car il.ny à pas de commerces à moins de 4 km

Unfortunately it is not in my power to renovate the entire residence (which dates back to the early 80's) but I am doing my best to make the apartment comfortable and welcoming and to make my guests' holidays enjoyable. I am happy that you appreciated this, together with the proximity to the sea. This summer, as we all know, was exceptional in terms of temperatures and the air conditioning has never been necessary in the past years. Thanks anyway for the advice and we will take steps to install it for next year. Camilla

Fresca ed in posizione perfetta

Graziosa e pulita, in un contesto da residenza turistica non certo elegante, ma eccellentemente orientata: gode dei venti migliori e non ci si soffre il caldo. la terrazza abitabile consente pranzi e cene comodi, pur non essendo grandissima e ha anche una bella vista sulla pineta e su una piscina privata (non ci si può accedere, ma è molto piacevole da vedere e mai rumorosa). è tutto ben tenuto e ben accessoriato anche per lunghe permanenze. vicina a tutto: la spiaggia più vicina sta a 6 minuti a piedi con passaggio all'ombra, ma è anche un punto strategico per scorrazzare con brevi spostamenti per tutta la costa del Golfo dell'Asinara. Parcheggi in grande quantità. Prezzo perfettamente adeguato; la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Camilla e della Signora che ci ha assistiti, impagabili.

Sehr sauberer Objekt ausgestattet mit allem was für den Aufenthalt nötig ist. 5min zum Strand durch einen wunderschönen schattigen hainen Weg. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe verfügbar Strand sehr sauber und weitläufig. Das Meer ist türkis und sehr klar . Wir kommen sicher wieder.. Danke Camilla

Nice flat close to beach

We enjoyed our stay. The flat contains all necessary things and facillities and is really very close to the nice beach. Camilla will give good tips and advices. Although the whole complex, in which the flat is situated, is rather old fashioned (~70s) it is not problematic. On the balcony you have free view on pine trees. Yes, there are pidgeons, but we did not have any issues with them or the 'defence system' (which are aluminium foils on some areas on the balcony). I would recommend this flat.

Nur für Strandliebhaber!

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Ein Balkon mit Aussicht auf Bäume und einen Swimmungpool (den wir nicht benutzen durften?) ist vorhanden. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war das "Tauben-Abwehrsystem". Alu-Folie ringsherum. Die auch gern mal wegflog und die Umwelt verschandelte:( Außerdem hat der Massenwohnkomplex von außen 70-ger Jahre Charme. Nicht so toll. Das Highlight ist die Nähe zu Fuß zum Strand, der riesig ist. Leider gab es in der Wohnung keinen Sonnen-schirm, so konnten wir bei der Hitze (kein Schatten am Strand) nur kurz bleiben. Außerdem auch keine air condition, aber einen kleinen Ventilator. Kein Internetzugang!

That is the reason why it is not listed among the facilities of the apartment. We are working for installing a more aesthetic and effective system for keeping pigeons and other birds far from the building. I am happy that you like the beach! It is really beautiful

La cosa positiva è sicuramente la vicinanza al mare. Anche se noi abbiamo girato molto per vendere più spiagge possibili. Ottima accoglienza da parte di tutti i sardi che abbiamo conosciuto.

Appartamento perfetto

Per cominciare, voglio sottolineare l'incredibile disponibilità e gentilezza di Camilla. Ci ha reso il nostro soggiorno più facile e impreziosito di molti consigli utili! L'appartamento è fornitissimo, ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Pulito, spazioso, ordinato e confortevole. Avere il parcheggio interno è inoltre un'incredibile comodità. La spiaggia è effettivamente a 5 minuti a piedi, ed è lunga e spaziosa, MAI affollata; il mare è limpido e pulito. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque questo posto, perchè al prezzo a cui viene affittato è un grande affare!

Gradevole soggiorno

L'appartamento risponde precisamente a quanto descritto: ben arredato, pulito, vicino alla spiaggia e dotato di tutto ció che serve per vivere un piacevole soggiorno. La location é molto carina e comoda per raggiungere le principali localitá marine. La proprietaria ê molto cordiale e disponibile a fornire qualsiasi tipo di informazione. Consigliato a tutti!!!

Ho apprezzato l''apertura del Centro di Educazione Ambientale e dell''Ufficio di Informazione Turistica collocati sulle rive dello Stagno di Platamona. Consiglio gastronomico: vermentino di Berchidda, formaggio di Ittiri, dolci di Pozzo di S.Nicola (Stintino)."

"L''appartamento è perfet...

"L''appartamento è perfettamente conforme a quanto descritto nell''annuncio. Molto pulito e ben tenuto, dotato di tutti i comfort. La proprietaria è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile!! L''appartamento è situato all''interno di un residence a carattere familiare, in una pineta di ginepri, molto bella e ventilata. Mi sento pero'' di dire che il mare non era come mi immaginavo: non sempre pulito (siamo arrivati quando era cambiata la corrente),con un fondale più scuro rispetto alla "classica" spiaggia sarda chiara e dal mare cristallino e quindi più simile alle spiaggie che sono abituata a vedere in Toscana. Comunque non è stato un problema perchè avendo la moto abbiamo girato moltissimo, dato che in pochi minuti da Platamona si arriva un po'' ovunque! (Porto Torres,Stintino,Costa Pardadiso,Alghero ecc..) E questo è stato molto ma molto importante per la nostra vacanza! "

"L''appartamento si presenta come descritto nell''annuncio, inserito in un contesto residenziale immerso nel verde, e non lontano dai servizi che può dare una città, Porto torres dista poco meno di 10 minuti d''auto ed è presente anche un supermercato SISA sulla statale che conduce al residence, che sicuramente è molto più conveniente rispetto al market presente all''interno del residence.I Punti di forza dell''appartamento sono sicuramente l''ampio terrazzo con vista pineta, che ci ha permesso di godere di fresche cene, e la piscina. L''unico aspetto negativo che mi sento di segnalare è la spiaggia antistane al residence, per via del mare non tanto pulito. Comunque non è stato un grosso problema perchè avendo la macchina, e data la posizione strategica dell''appartamento, abbiamo potuto visitare gran parte delle favolose spiagge del nord della Sardegna. Nel complesso quindi posso dire di essere molto soddisfatto del soggiorno."

"Siamo stati molto bene in questo appartamento, abbiamo avuto assistenza e disponibilita', e' fornito di tutte le comodita', soprattutto della lavatrice che e' stata preziosissima,il residence si trova immerso in una pineta ed e' vicino al mare raggiungibile a piedi, inoltre abbiamo potuto portare la nostra cagnolina che si e' goduta il fresco del balcone. C'e' anche la piscina ad uso dei residenti che e' controllata da un bagnino costantamente negli orari di apertura. Il residence si trova in una posizione geografica che permette di visitare parecchi posti, come Stintino, Alghero Castelsardo, Sassari, ecc. e vicino ci sono anche molti supermercati."

"Appartamento molto carin...

"Appartamento molto carino molto ben curato e pulito, in una zona molto tranquilla silenziosa e vicina ai servizi, ci siamo sicuramente trovati bene e a nostro agio, il mare è a 5 minuti di strada e la piscina è sotto l'appartamento. Il mare non è quasi mai calmo perchè la zona è sempre ventilata, però è stato divertente per i bambini saltare fra le onde e l'acqua è sempre pulita."
