The house is forty kilometers from Rome, close to rural areas and to beautiful Etruscan settlements, ideal place for a holiday between sea, history and nature. It is a terraced house that borders with other villas, all whitewashed and typically Mediterranean, on two floors, with a large entrance on the ground floor, bathroom with shower, large double living room with fireplace, a hallway and an American kitchen. ; and on the first floor there are four comfortable bright bedrooms, one of which with a 10 sqm balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub. It has a welcoming garden of about 70 square meters, where you can take a shower, after a day at sea, and eat on the veranda, under the umbrella. In the back, a larger garden of about 210 square meters, with fruit trees: pomegranate, apple tree, mandarin, strawberry tree, persimmon, medlar, cherry, azerulon and apricot. Where you can have a nice breakfast with an eight-person table, with a nice morning sun, being exposed to the east, under a veranda.

My family and I had a truly pleasant experience. The house was very clean, warm, and inviting. It was very easy to feel right at home. Our host Marco was very friendly and polite, and was very quick to respond to the questions I had. There is a little market about a 2minute walk away. There was plenty of parking right in front of the house. In all sincerity, this was the best experience with Vrbo that I have had to date. I really hope to return. A world of gratitude to Marco.
It's a lovely property with everything you need. It's a nice location, about 10 mins to the train station to visit Rome in as little as 30 mins. Thank you Enia and Marco
Perfect place to stay and visit Rome. The trainstation is a 10 minutes walk en from there in half an hour you are at the Vaticaanstad.
There are supermarkets nearby.
The owner is very friendly

Thank you! Will you ever come again? We hope so :)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Cerenova. Great space indoors and out. The hosts were very kind in welcoming us and making sure we had what we needed. Short walking distance to supermarket and good restaurants. Great to be able to take the train into Rome and come back to a peaceful oasis!

Thanks a lot for your kind review! And see you next trip to Italy :)
The house was equipped with everything we needed. The host was very kind, helpful, and understanding with everything. Location is nice if you want to be a bit away from the city center, about a 10 minute walk to the train station wasn’t bad at all. I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you so much for your hospitality:)

Thank you, Dave! Please, give our regards to Dan, Duncan and Ken. It's always a pleasure to understand that what you did was appreciated.
Very nice location, with plenty of room in the house. Perfect location with a 20min walk to the beach, 7min walk to the train station and restaurants and grocery shop close by. Unfortunately no airconditioning in the living room and in 1 bedroom.
Marco (the owner) can speak English very well and is happy to share some tips for the area. We had a great stay with 2 families of 4 (each 2 children)

Thanks a lot for coming and for your nice appreciations
We enjoyed the stay very much. A very nice house, furnished in Italian style. Marco and his mother Enia are very nice, friendly and reliable, they gave us good tips for excursions in the area. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked very well, the equipment in the kitchen was sufficient for everything.
There is a small supermarket a few houses away that has everything you need, including paninis and fresh sausage and cheese.
The place itself was probably built in the eighties, it is getting on in years, but still has charm, a basketball court was nearby and there are also a few restaurants. The beach is rather long overall, there are also some free sections where you don't have to rent sunbeds. You can walk in the direction of Ladispoli.
The train is a great way to get to Rome for little money. We discovered and experienced a lot within an hour's drive.

Thank you for coming and for writing such a beautiful report on your experience. See you next time!
Our stay was very very nice from the beginning to the end! The house is only 5 minutes from the beach by car (a lot of free parking places), which was also not full and free but with safeguards and warm water (often we enjoyed big waves!). If you want a bit more luxury, there are a lot of other beaches which you can reach by car (+20 minutes) and enjoy the beach beds (for a fee) and surf lessons (surf schools for a fee). The house was spacy, enough place for 2 families with 3 kids altogether. It is pretty loud with open windows because of the freeway across the back garden but it was not a problem because of modern conditioners in all rooms (3 bedrooms with an AC) but one (one bedroom without). Two small gardens about the house were ideal for our two dogs (the gardens are fenced and very safe). The food and a farm market 10 minutes away on foot were super nice and cheap! From our point of view there were only 2 minuses - a very small kitchen (not obvious from fotos) with the basic utilities and wi-fi with the 10 GB limitation per month (the next 10 GB cost 17 euros!) which we didn´t expect. The host was very friendly and always in touch with us! The biggest advantage is of course the proximity to Rome which we visited more than once (only 30 min by car). Several very nice outlets were also not far away and a good option on a rainy day. Thank you, Enia and Marco, for our nice vacation!

Hello, Maria! Thanks a lot for your detailed review! We will keep in mind your remarks about the necessity to advertise more clearly the dimension of the kitchen. Concerning the extra costs of additional package of GB, we know that it can sound high, but unfortunately that is the cost requested by the provider and we do not have other solution on the market. Thanks again, Maria, for spending your holiday at Casa Cerenova! We hope to see you again in the future! All the best

Muchas gracias a vosotros!! Fue un placer acogeros!! Esperamos para sus próximas vacaciones!!
Lovely hosts, Enia and her son Marco waited for me even though I arrived late, showed me and explained everything. Marco was available for questions and gave ideas for places to visit. The house is lovely and quiet, with the rooms looking exactly like the pictures, and was clean. Small but nicely equipped kitchen, lots of dishes. Very good bed in the master bedroom. There was always parking in front of the house, just as promised. The internet is a little slow, but I was told it will be so in advance.

Man muss also frieren, obwohl die Heizung permanent eingeschaltet bleibt.
