Ideal apartment for families

Holiday apartment, ideal for families, in Poniente Beach. The apartment has 140 m2 with a large living room and a large table 2 meters for family dining. It has 4 large bedrooms (one bedroom suite), 2 bathrooms with bathtub / shower and 1 toilet with shower. The views are stunning. We have a residential park with 2 swimming pools and large gardens open all year, 3 tennis courts and a multisport court for children (soccer and basketball). It takes 3 minutes to walk 200m from the beach. There are parking spaces around the building and a public parking lot discovered 100 meters from the apartment. Right in front is a supermarket for fast shopping that has almost everything. At 5 minutes there are large areas such as Mercadona and Carrefour, a shopping center with cinema, bowling, shops and restaurants and Terra Mitica.

Great large apartment with panoramic sea views in the suburb of Cala, at the other end of the bay from New Benidorm, and a 30 minute walk away from old Benidorm. Highly recommended if you like it a bit quieter

I great apartment for myself, daughter and grandkids, so close to the beach and no busy roads to cross for the kids. The pools were also very well maintained as were the grounds. Views were great day and night. David checked in with me a few times too to make sure we didn’t need anything. We had a great holiday and highly recommend this apartment.

Great spacious apartment

We had a fantastic 2 weeks in the spacious apartment with 2 families with teenagers. We were 8 people and it was no problem to put an extra bed. The view is fantastic. The swimming pool with the spacious garden is very nice and the wide sandy beach is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is located in a quieter part of Benidorm but you are in the hustle and bustle within a 20 to 30 minute walk. The bus stop is nearby and the bus takes you to almost all areas of Benidorm. David is very nice and helpful. We definitely recommend the apartment.

Appartamento ben tenuto il Sig David marito della Sgra Rosa molto cordiale. L’appartamento ha tutto quello che può necessitare per una vacanza familiare al mare. Comodo accesso a piedi in 5 minuto alla spiaggia di Ponente molto più curata e pulita e meno affollata che quella di Levante.
