The sunny apartment is located in one of the oldest buildings in Anzio, the center and the seafront of Riviera Ponente just steps from the main square, the harbor and the ferries departing daily to the island of Ponza! It has a private residents' parking. E 'on the second floor and consists of a double living room with two windows overlooking the sea, bedroom with a balcony facing the sea, bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and bath, kitchen. The beach is below .Vista lovely!

Beautiful apartment in a great location
We have been to Anzio a few times and stayed in different apartments. This is our favourite and we would definitely return - as soon as we can!
The apartment is light and airy, with a fantastic view of the beach and sea. Federico and Alessandra were lovely and really helpful.
The location is great, just across from the beach, 2 minutes to the town square and the fantastic Piccadilly bar, for the best cappuccino and croissant ever. 15 minutes easy walk to the station for trains to Rome, if you can bear to leave the Dea Fortuna beach.
We love Anzio, it is a real place with a sense of community and the people are friendly and welcoming.
The only things I would like to see to improve this apartment are a new shower - it needs updating - and 2 plastic chairs for the balcony to fully enjoy the view. I would give 4.5 out of 5 if I could.

un emplacement de premier choix
L'appartement situé au deuxième étage face à la mer est d'un abord facile et bénéfice d'une vue exceptionnelle réhaussée par un balcon. Le grand salon et la chambre principale sont claires et offrent un cadre reposant à quelques pas des quais du port plus bruyants. Seul petit bémol des ustensiles de cuisine ( poelles et casseroles) qui auraient besoin d'être renouvelés. Frédérico a été un hôte d'une ponctualité et d'une gentillesse à toute épreuve tant à l'arrivée en prenant même la peine de nous chercher à la gare toute proche et en nous laissant toute latitude pour l'heure de notre départ. Bref des conditions idéales pour profiter de cette station balnéaire préservée à seulement une heure de Rome ! merci encore Frédérico

Very cosy appatment, perfect location
We enjoyed our vacation at Federico's apartment. It is situated in a very charming old building with high ceilings and a beautiful view to the sea side. Federico is a very friendly and helpful guy. He has met us at arrival to hand over the keys and took time to show the facilities and give some hints about the surroundings. Also during our stay he was always available.
We stayed in the apartment for two weeks and made day trips to Rome and Vatican, to mountains of Lazio and to the beach of Sperlonga. All those destinations are very good to reach from Anzio by car.
Private parking area belonging to the apartment is surely a big advantage for those who is travelling by car, as parking slots in the city centre are quite limited.
The nearest beach is right in front of the house. However, as our son was snoring, we often went to the free beach at villa Nerone, which is only 500m away from the house.
In the evening we enjoyed the promenade at the sea port and in the city.
We would for sure come back.
