IN LUXURY PORT ROYALE! - RENOVATED IN 2020! - Spacious sunny fully-equipped 2 bedrooms + 2 baths (Up to 6 guests: 1 double bed +2 twin beds +double sofa-bed!) in an elegant complex with wonderful heated pool!
Easy parking at entrance: ground level, no stairs!
Large balcony (with table to dine) with partial ocean view: SUN whole day! FASTEST OPTICALFIBER WIFI!
Perfect location! 15 min. walk to beaches/town. Shopping center /restaurants at 5 min.! 80-Channels TV! On top of hill: car recommended!

You do not need to bring any bed linen neither any bathroom towels neither beach towels! Everything is provided in the flat! Kitchen is fully accessoried.
There is washing machine, hair dryer, iron board. CD Player, 80-channels satellite International TV (Italian, German, UK, US, Russian, french Channels and other 12 countries!).
We have extra baby bed and baby chair! you can provide you whatever you need if required in advance!
You can place bikes weelchairs , electrical mopeds, etc... conveniently outside the entrance door.
No stairs all the way from the road to the entrance door!
Resort swimming pool is heated, with seats always available.
International food available at close large supermarket with wide selection (3 minutes walk from our flat!...) .
You can have lovely dinners for 6 persons in the balcony.
Optical Fiber fastest WIFI for Distance Working.
In the living room there is a brand-new sofa-bed to accomodate one or two extra guests!
Possibility to do self-check-in and check-out at any time!
The house is wonderfully located on the top of the Los Cristianos Hills, with stunning views.
So there are ... ups and downs: It is recommended to have a car or electric moped, if you don't want to walk, even if closest restaurants and shops are just at 5 minutes walk. There is always free parking just outside the entrance door!
If you have special requirements regarding things or services you would like to find at your arrival (baby sitting service, special food, trolleys / special bed for babies, electric mopeds, special foods at arrival, bikes, etc...) please tell us in advance (we will inform you about any extra charge).
