The villa is located in an exclusive residential area.

The nearest services, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are at only 5 minutes away by car.

The nearest beach is only 8 minutes away by car. the nearest beach is: playa de torviscas. Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos is 6 minutes away by car.

The property is a two-story house. in the ground floor there is:

- a fully equipped kitchen;
- living area with dining table, sofas and TV;
- Toilette.

on the top floor there are:
- 3 bedrooms;
- 2 full bathrooms;
- wide shared terrace.

the pool is on the ground floor. It's 9x4m. The first 1.20m is a unique step where you can play safely with children and babies and put the sunbed / lounger on top. The pool is provided with an electric cover that helps maintain and increase the temperature of the pool throughout the day. The pool also has an electric heating system. 8 hours of operation are included in the price. 24 hours of operation have an additional cost of 15 euros per day.

next to the kitchen there is an outside dining table with 6 dining chairs and a barbecue.

the villa is equipped with:

What an amazing villa. We had great communication with the host Alessandro, who was very friendly & accommodating. The villa has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Very modern and comfortable, 20 mins from the airport, we hired a car as the villa is in the hills which we preferred as it was very quiet with great views. We highly recommend and will be returning next year

Really enjoyed our stay in this villa . We have stayed in a few villas in Tenerife but this was our favourite. Modern , very clean great pool and everything you need . Great communication with owner and even arranged extra night stay when delayed flight would highly recommend

Excellent stay at a lovely property. Strongly recommend hiring a car for your stay as car travel is necessary to get into town/beach. However taxis are quite cheap.

Fantastic Villa, very well presented to a high standard

We have stayed in a number of villas over the years and this is certainly one of the best, great position and the standard of quality is excellent. Alessandro the owner of the villa was vey helpful and was easily contactable if you needed anything at all. Overall the stay was outstanding and we have already booked for next year...

Fabulous villa just as described and pictured. The location was perfect for what we were wanting, lovely and quiet up in the mountain. We had a hire car which meant we were able to get around easily, and we were able to call a taxi when we wanted to go out for food/ drinks. The pool was bigger than I thought it would be and the kids loved it. All amenities were there that you would need and beds were lovely and comfortable.

Great Villa with good pool and plenty of sunshine through the day. Villa was clean and tidy and well equipped with everything you could need. Host was very friendly and had good communication throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.
