The villa is located in an exclusive residential area.

The nearest services, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are at only 5 minutes away by car.

The nearest beach is only 8 minutes away by car. the nearest beach is: playa de torviscas. Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos is 6 minutes away by car.

The property is a two-story house. in the ground floor there is:

- a fully equipped kitchen;
- living area with dining table, sofas and TV;
- Toilette.

on the top floor there are:
- 3 bedrooms;
- 2 full bathrooms;
- wide shared terrace.

the pool is on the ground floor. It's 9x4m. The first 1.20m is a unique step where you can play safely with children and babies and put the sunbed / lounger on top. The pool is provided with an electric cover that helps maintain and increase the temperature of the pool throughout the day. The pool also has an electric heating system. 8 hours of operation are included in the price. 24 hours of operation have an additional cost of 15 euros per day.

next to the kitchen there is an outside dining table with 6 dining chairs and a barbecue.

the villa is equipped with:

Wonderful Vacation

We had a terrific time staying at the beautiful Villa with our three children. They loved the outdoors area and the swimming pool was perfect as well as the ping pong table. The view from the Villa is breathtaking and the Villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything was up to standard and fully met our expectations. We hope to be back soon.

Wir waren mit 5 Personen in dieser wundeschönen Villa ! Wir haben die Zeit genossen, tolles Haus...wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Im Haus alles Sauber und gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Terasse mit Pool, alles sehr gepflegt. Man konnte vom Haus auf das Meer schauen und auf die Insel Gomera sehen. Wir würde das Haus immer wieder mieten und können es gut empfehlen.

Excellent stay at a lovely property. Strongly recommend hiring a car for your stay as car travel is necessary to get into town/beach. However taxis are quite cheap.

Schöne Villa in toller Umgebung

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Alessandria verbracht. Alessandro war ein perfekter Gastgeber, Kommunikation und Check-in bestens. Die Villa selbst liegt in einem sehr schönen Wohngebiet, ruhige Umgebung, aber gute Anbindung. Ein Auto ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, auch um mehr von der wunderschönen Insel Teneriffa zu sehen. In der Villa gibt es eine super Küchenaustattung und der Pool ist fantastisch. Alles andere an Mobiliar war zeitgemäß und gut.

We had a wonderful stay. Villa was perfect and just as described. Clean and the garden and pool was lovely. Beautiful views and great to be away from the noise of the main resort but only a 10/15 min drive. Will definitely be back.

Amazing fantastic stay

Well what can we say just WOW!! Out first time in a villa and what better villa to stay in than this one. Very clean, everything you need to cook meals, pool more than big enough and was cleaned during our week stay. Outside space spacious and luxurious. Couldn’t fault any part of the villa. Communication with owner was immediate and was very helpful. We would definitely recommend and would stay again 😊😊

Beautiful property, very well equipped.Clean and tidy.Pool big and plenty of space in the house and surrounding pool garden area.We all totally enjoyed our stay.Its a long way from the main area so would definitely need a car to get around. We were happy with location as we made full use of the house.

You need a car to be able to move around like shops etc , but is lots taxis and lots companies deliver food to this area like glovo etc. For a family with young children if was me to keep eye one young ones The tennis table had to be on top and some new rackets too. inside the house was everything that you necessary need for a normal vacation .the owner very attentive always ready to help,if I recommended this house yes without a doubt the area has a lot of sun I found a quiet and safe area .pool area yes very good with good space.thank you

Fab villa for a group of friends!

Recently stayed here with a group of friends and the villa was just like the photos! It is ideal for a family or group of friends with lots of space and comes very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The check in and out process was super easy. The host is very friendly and willing to help should you need it. We had a lovely time and would definitely return!

Beautiful villa. It does say 8 mins from the beach, yes if you on a zip wire!, 10-15 mins in the car to be more truthful, also the property is high up on the side of a mountain so you will need a hire car. Saturday and Sunday were the quietest days as there was constant loud noise from building work through the week. The pictures of the Villa don’t show the building site next door, a bit of an eye sore from the balcony. The pool is lovely and well maintained. All in all we loved our 10 night stay here and would book again if there was no building work!
