Vacanza al di sotto delle aspettative

Villa al di sotto delle aspettative: c'erano molte cose rotte o mal funzionanti ad esempio il cancello della proprietà non si chiudeva perchè era rotto, il pavimento era sollevato in molti punti e rotto in altri. La proprietà non era pulita come ci aspettavamo: cuscini e rivestimenti dei divani tutti macchiati e ingialliti. La parte esterna ugualmente sporca e tenuta male, la piscina è piuttosto piccola e ha avuto problemi con il riciclo dell'acqua tanto che era diventata gialla e non è stato possibile utilizzarla per 2 giorni.. Il prezzo richiesto per l'affitto della proprietà è eccessivo. Nonostante l'host e la governante siano stati gentili e disponibili io non consiglio la villa, non vale il prezzo pagato

Mooi huis met groot pluspunt in elke kamer een airco! Zwembad en tuin voldoende groot! 3 paraplus, maar 1 stuk, net te weinig om schaduwplekjes te hebben. Vooral aan de buitentafel, deze stond altijd in de zon… Het enigste wat we nog gemist hebben is een gewoon koffiemachine en een pan (was er maar 1) Leuke tijd gehad en de moeite om eens terug te gaan!

Passt nicht zum Inserat, kann Erwartung nicht im geringsten erfüllen

Wir fühlen uns getäuscht. ZB. Nicht alle Geräte sind betriebsbereit, kleine Küche im poolhaus nicht vorhanden. Schmutzige Böden. Armaturen teilweise nicht regulierbar. Renovierung des Objektes in 2019 ist Unsinn. Das Objekt ist nicht empfehlenswert und für diesen Zustand vollkommen überteuert. Wir haben uns richtig geärgert.

zeer mooie woning met leuk zwembad

Wij waren in deze woning voor 1 week met 9 personen. Het is een woning voor 8 personen en niet voor 10 zoals vermeld. Het huis is heel mooi ingericht met alle nodige comfort. Echt alles is aanwezig. Ook een leuk zwembad met zeer comfortabele ligbedden. Echter 1 minpunt : de woning was echt niet proper - bij aankomst alle keukengerei en barbecue zelf kunnen schoonmaken. Wij zouden best nog in deze woning willen verblijven maar dan met de melding aan de eigenaar (trouwens zeer behulpzaam) een proper huis bij aankomst

Fab modern clean villa with all home comforts

Just returned from 2 lovely weeks with the family staying at Villa La Motte. Villa is lovely and clean pool area is very spacious for relaxing in the evening, great bbq and table seating area for outside dining. Pool house was great as teenagers could sit and watch Netflix. Sound system was great for listening to music and WiFi was fab 9 of us using it. Only thing I’d say negative is there’s not much going on in the local village so you have to travel to go out to restaurants etc. However it’s location is central and we travelled to Monaco Nice Cannes St Tropez and port grimaud all about an hour away.

I am a property developer in the UK and the Villa has been a labour of love for me, I spend last summer out in La Motte overseeing the instillation of the new interiors, bathrooms and kitchens, and we are just completing the landscaping outside now. Of all the projects I've done it has been the most interesting as we sourced most the items from the UK and Europe so shipping everything caused a number of new issues. I hope you can enjoy the Villa as much as we have.

Why they chose this property

There were three major factors that appealed when purchasing the villa 4 years ago. It's location to the village - it is so easy to walk into the village, and the locals have been so welcoming to us since arriving in La Motte. Many are now friends - and there is everything you need in the village, yet three hyper markets are within five mins drive if a fan of the French large supermarkets.
We saw the property in January, on a cold sunny day, and even then the layout of the villa, built in an L shape around the pool was just perfect. It was large enough to entertain groups of friends, yet not so vast as unable to use it for two of us going out there. Parts of the Villa can easily be used whilst others kept shut off. The final factor was my love for the Cote D'Azur. As a family growing up we spent summers in the South of France and it has become a favourite destination of mine whenever I have time to go. We found the Villa was in an ideal position to explore the places were all the memories had been made in years gone by. Every time I visit I will go over to Italy, explore Menton, Monaco, Nice, Cannes and closer to home St Maxime and St Tropez.
The villa is ideal for relaxing by the pool all day and enjoying al fresco dinning as the sun goes down. We spent a great deal of time planning the garden lighting, so the days could go on and be enjoyed as night falls.

What makes this property unique

Villa Motte we believe offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a luxury holiday tailored to your needs and requirements. We wanted to design a boutique hotel feel to the villa with the privacy of your own home surrounding you. We did not want guests having to wait for bathrooms, so we put ensuites onto all but one of the bedrooms. Each bedroom is individually designed, all with pocket sprung mattresses, down and feather pillows, Egyptian cotton linen and the lightest weight duvet to avoid the air conditioning chill! We've put body and hand soaps, lotions and shampoos in the bathrooms by Noble Isle who supply The Savoy with their products, amongst other famous UK destinations. Each bedroom has its own climate controlled unit, so the air conditioning can be adjusted accordingly. We are unique as there are not many villas that offer this level of comfort and service to price ratio. We can arrange for daily housekeeping, and Chefs to come and bbq or cook for you. As standard the villa is cleaned and beds laundered once a week. We have tried to create both indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, two sitting rooms inside and two outside, along with an indoor and outdoor dinning room.
