1BR/1BA 'American Classic Guesthouse' adjacent to the premier 3BR/2BA 'American Classic' (VRBO Listing #353645). The Guesthouse unit has one bedroom with a queen bed. Also provided is a Japanese floor futon if you have an extra guest or no more than 2 kids. Bedding is provided.

The 1BR/1BA American Classic Guesthouse includes its own private oceanfront deck, fenced yard for dogs, laundry room & free WIFI. Ideal for couples or for larger get togethers when you also book the American Classic 3BR/2BA main home. This superb beachfront location is in the heart of Nye Beach just steps away from all the amenities of the Historic District.

The popular 'American Classic' main home is the beautifully remodeled 1905 3BR/2BA Oceanfront Victorian cottage style home and is even located by another classic.. the quiet literary themed Sylvia Hotel. It's only a short walk to Nye Beach and all the shopping, dining & amenities the Nye Beach Area has to offer.

'Once you arrive you won't have to drive!' You'll be steps away from Nye Beach and the fine dining & shopping of the Historic District. If you wish to venture further, all of Newport's other attractions are nearby. Book your own 'Classic' vacation now!!

Perfect week long getaway! All the comforts of home with a lovely ocean front view! The fenced yard was an added bonus for our dog! Super quiet neighborhood and just steps to delicious food and cute shops and the beach. Our hosts answered all my questions very promptly and were very kind and accommodating. It even has a washer and dryer,another added bonus for those wet,rainy days. HIGHLY recommend this place,will be back!
