This is a perfect choice if you want to enjoy this beautiful city, as it is perfectly located and communicated. Comprising three bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate kitchen and garage in the same building. Its large windows make it a very well lit space, apart from modern and cozy. It is fully equipped and has comfortable furniture for maximum comfort.
Thanks to the good location of this apartment, you will be able to enjoy its wide commercial and leisure office, and of its cultural part of the historic centre of Valencia. Most of its streets have kept its original structure, so you will immerse in the authentic Valencia.
Whether what you would like is to take a nice tour enjoying the city’s good weather, you have 9km of route through the urban gardens of Valencia, the old riverbed of the Jardines del Turia. At one end, you will find the zoo’s city Bioparc, where you will enter the natural habitat of various animal species. Along the way, you will find numerous leisure areas, cafes and even sports areas. At the other end of the considered lungs of the city, you will stumble upon the famous City of Arts and Sciences. This route can be done by taking a nice bike ride or walking.

Zu empfehlen, wenn die Mängel behoben sind.
Kleinere Mängel wie in unserer Mail aufgezählt sollten behoben werden. Defekte Stühle, zu wenig Geschirr und Gläser zu. auch nicht befestigte Türgriffe lauter kleine Mängel, die das Wohlfühlgefühl beeinträchtigen. Leider, die Wohnung an sich hat eine optumale Lage.

El apartamento es grande, cómodo y bien céntrico para recorrer la ciudad caminando. Lo único malo y sumamente importante mencionar es que estaba sucio, el piso, las sabanas con pelos y tuvimos que limpiar el inodoro porque tenía excremento en la tapa. Aparentaba que no se limpió antes de llegar.

Overall a great apartment - check in process to be improved
The location and the apartment itself is great and I can't recommend it enough. However, upon arrival, there was no communication from Singular Stays on how to check in. An email or text before travelling with instructions would be greatly appreciated. Other than that the service from the team was good.
