In southern Burgundy, small house (65 m2) perched on the hill, magnificent view of the Maddalen mountains. Large living room with sofa bed for 2 people, wood stove for country evening, TV
equipped kitchen. One bedroom, Moroccan bathroom, separate sanitary..Terrace barbecue, garden furniture, large plot, animals allowed with meadow to roam private parking on the property.
We put Bikes at your disposal. Price: 200/300 euros per week. Possibility to rent per night (55 euros 2 people +10 euros per extra person) Nearby, a small fish-filled river, the Loire and its canal, Romanesque church circuit, wines from the Roannaise coast, wines fossils, Lespinasse forest, villerest lake, iguerande greenway, Briennon river port. Magnifique

Het is een geweldige rustige lokatie met een prachtig uitzicht. Het huisje is precies zoals op de foto's. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Fatima en Gérard zijn geweldige vriendelijke mensen die je privacy waarderen, maar ook zo vriendelijk zijn om een glaasje rosé bij aankomst aan te bieden. En de kersen waren ook heerlijk. Het is handig als je een beetje de Franse taal machtig bent. Het zwembad is heerlijk verfrissend en ik had het helemaal voor mezelf. Een aanrader deze lokatie ;-)

ligt fantantisch op top berg. Huisje met terras en meubilair incl. parasol. Prive zwembad met douche met uitzicht op bergen en je kunt ver kijken. huis blijft erg koel ondanks hitte. fijne ruime badkamer. alles aanwezig in de keuken. 1 minpunt: smal bed van 1,40 breed wat we niet gewend waren maar sliep goed.

Unsere Familie (3 Kinder zwischen 5 und 9 Jahren) hat den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ruhe, Natur, der Pool und die wundervolle Aussicht waren perfekt. Die Gastgeber waren äusserst aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ganz herzlichen Dank. Gerne kommen wir wieder an diesen wunderbaren Ort.

Cadre sympa mais propreté à revoir

Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu vraiment profité car nous sommes partie plus tôt, orage et pluie incesant donc nous n'avions pas envie de rester enfermé devant la TV. Petite maison avec charme mais mobilier dans son jus.manquerais d'un peu de modernité Propreté vraiment à revoir, poussière à beaucoup d'endroit (table salon, fauteuil..) Porte du micro onde pas nettoyer à linterieur Évier de salle de bain avec plein de dentifrice dessus. Maison bien pour un couple et un enfant mais plus après cela reste petit Piscine extérieure parfaite même si je signal qu'il n'y a aucune sécurité autour

Hoher Erholungswert

Wer es sehr ruhig und erholsam haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Besonders genossen haben wir den Pool, der uns ganz alleine zur Verfügung stand. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Dépaysement dans cette annexe de la maison et chambre d'hôte des propriétaires. Grand calme, belle vue. Gérard et Fat sont charmants et attentionnés. À recommander pour qui voudrait se ressourcer via un retour dans le passé rural.

Merveilleux séjour

Un sejour qui fait du bien

Tres agreable petit gite dans lequel nous avons residé à 5, tout pres des vaches, dans une campagne sublime et un calme absolu. Fatima et Gerard sont adorables, toujours prets à faire plaisir ou à dépanner. Une sejour qui nous a fait du bien.
